Is it likely to go through? Not sure what the deal is this time round, is Fawaz still sticking about?

Has he said anything about his debt, if he will write it off?

Fawaz is leaving this time from the sounds of things - don't know about the debts and whatnot though.

This is the EFL we're talking about, about as much integrity and spine as FIFA. The fact that creatures such as Karl Oyston and Francesco Beschetti are seemingly able to slowly destoy their clubs from within with little to no assistance from the EFL suggests Marinakis will pass the test without hindrance.

They haven't got a clue.

Wooooooooo there!!!  In the interests of avoiding court action against the site & @David you can't call Karl Oyston a creature.  You can however call his dad Owen a convicted rapist, because that's exactly what he is.

As you were...

they should never have even been in the relegation battle. Plenty of worse sides than Forest.

Crap. The league evens itself out. You are where you deserve to be.

Would you also say we should have been in the top six? After the money we've spent and our previous season finishes, you've got to say we're a better side than Reading?

You can call Koko a convicted fly-tipper though.

Fawaz has given you more entertainment than your team for two years.

You must be feeling the loss

More entertainment than 6 series' of Homeland. Nearly as much corruption and politics.

"Fit and proper owner of a football league club"

and "suitable Forest owner" are two very different questions.

In my mind the Greek shipping magnate is eminently suitable in the second question.

I'll think he'll do a great job.

From our point of view anyway.

Every asset stripped in cut price transfers to Greece before Olymipakos  sell them on for the big money whilst never made it players in the greek league come the other way all financed by borrowing against the club then sale back to Fawaz in 2 years time (in League 1).
