You can just see it happening - a few Leicester losses in a row, him losing his rag with a referee, further decline and leaving by mutual consent in 2018 with a whimper, his newly erected statue never having quite the sheen it would have. My facebook picture has been of ranieri for the last 3 months in support of Leic. I'm born and bred Leicester so it adds a little more to see them win it. Same with the tigers and obviously selby winning the snooker, it's great for my home town. I love Ranieri as a manager, no ego, humble and witty. Loved him at chelsea too and was treated **** by roman. Seriously - well done Foxes - my irritation is not with you but with the broadcasting organs who are filling an undue amount of their airtime (in my opinion of course) with this story which - whatever way you turn it up to look at it - is a sport story at the end of the day. If i hear one more denizen of Leicester being interviewed and ascribing their victory to the reburying of King Richards bones.......give me strength!
