Rampage
Carson, Christie, Keogh, Shackell, Forsyth, Thorne, Johnson, Hendrick, Ince, Russell, Martin Don't think that's what he will do though.Looking the most balanced team, Srg. However, they all have to play well on the day to get on top of these teams. There are still five Clough players in there as would be Hughes. Three Maclaren players and only three Clement players. Interesting.Three Clement signings out of nine looks a bit odd. A possible conclusion would be evolution rather than revolution. Can anyone tot up the transfer fees for this team? Rampage
Chris, If I could invent a sub-thread here for a few people it would be:-Which Derby players are playing better than they did last season in:-a) The Pre-Meltdown games? b) The Meltdown games? For me:- a) Christie, Keogh and Hendrick b) Everyone who played in the Meltdown!!!! In addition:- Johnson, Shackell and Carson are major improvements on the SquadMay be worth a couple of comments here Chris.

ramit
Saw last match with Wolves, they seemed slow and lumbering and susceptible to fast attacks and high tempo. This game will be won or lost in midfield i think.

It looks good value at that money in my opinion. Got to be worth twice that when they are playing well. Always assuming that we had the money available, Johnson looks worth the money at £10 million if he continues to be at least as effective as he has been so far.If Thorne can do a whole season and continue to improve, his transfer fee will look like peanuts.Martin for free, what a signing! The way that Keogh is playing now, nobody could complain at £6 worth. Carson could make it to fourth choice for England, the way that he is playing, if he continues to improve in front of a solid defence. The other players that we have in addition to this eleven puts in a very healthy position on paper at least. WorksopRam
Why do the club always announce who'll be refereeing?I recognise the odd name when I hear them but I couldn't tell you anything about them. Is there a purpose to it?
