loweman2
We weren't robbed by the referee at all - we dropped two points because ofa) The decision to save Hughes and replacing him with Bryson lost us our stranglehold on midfield.b) A silly decision by Ince to try to beat his man in a defensive position, getting robbed and then compounding his error by giving away a penalty.c) A silly free kick given away by (I think) Forsyth which allowed Birmingham to fill the penalty area. PistoldPete2
MacLaren said the ref was poor made some strange weird decisions. But he wasn't excusing the players said it was a poor decision by ince. Wouldn't even say anything about albentosa , sounded angry with the players.
Sexydadbod
Looked like a penatly from where I was, and if Ince just put it out rather than fannying there would never have been a decision to make.

Gritstone Ram
Oh, no doubt he was every bit as poor as any referee I've ever seen, allowing an out-and-out assault on Russell and giving no protection to Hughes as he was mugged on 3 or 4 occasions - and the additional time was ridiculous, especially as he had left his guide dog in the dressing room with nobody to look after it. B4ev6is
I have prove they paid him off and if you looked careful you see brum player putting a arm around the ref whispering something and both turned and smiled at each other.

Daz_The_Ram
He was pretty appalling to be fair.We defended poorly, granted, but we shouldn't have to defend in the 95th minute when the allocated time is 3 minutes.

Chris Mills
Yes we should. The game lasts until the final whistle is blown. What are we supposed to expect? Does the manager call out to the players today after 80 minutes and say ... 'thats it lads ... you've done enough, forget it now, light the cigars'No he doesn't...he expects his players to continue to be disciplined and not do silly things until the line has been crossed.Professional footballers know what can happen out there. They need to stay switched on...Like it or not ... giving away two goals in two minutes of injury time is absolutely criminal. No two ways about it. You could see how angry the manager was by our capitulation.I'll say it again ... the referee isn't responsible for our ball retention, isn't responsible for organising our back line, and isn't responsible for our concentration levels.
