Day
He's gone to Perth now, the same club that was home to both Sterjovski and Andy Todd after leaving here. The A League...the football scrapyard for those not good enough for the MLS
Albert
The A League...the football scrapyard for those not good enough for the MLS The A-league is actually quite fun to watch. To be honest, the standard of play is higher than the championship for the most part to be completely honest. That is to say, they play better football, not that they'd actually beat Championship sides (the top few would be somewhere around the bottom 6-9 of the Championship, the median around mid League One, and the worst around the SPL sort of level from what I can tell). The thing about having a league like the A-league is it allows teams to try different things, and you do end up with teams like Brisbane Roar who play beautiful football. To be honest though I'd say the side that would perform the best in England are the Wanderers, as they tend to be solid, along with how they play. Popovic has a lot to do with that though. Stive Pesley
The issue with Calero is that contractually we're only allowed to play him for a certain number of minutes per season. Ahem - you could say that we're on a...hang on...cough CALERO CONTROLLED DIET eyethangewe #hereallweek

i-Ram
I don't think he'll play today, but after taking him to Sheffield, they probably just want him to show him how lovely it is in England, down South.
Boycie
Didn't even make the bench. Poor lad.
Posh Ram
I'd like to see him on the bench for a few games. I think we need another winger but should have a look at him in a game at this level before we approach a prem club over a loan move.
