L_J_DCFC
Standing with it ******* down with rain at non league Crawley. Lost 2-1 with them scoring a last minute winner and all their fans running on the pitch waving us off. Made me physically sick.

ramsbottom
I'd have to go with the 4-0 at home to Leicester 99-00 (i think). 3 down after 15 minutes. 2-1 to Preston in the play off semi 1st leg was pretty bad, especially the drive back. For sheer boredom I'd have to go with 1-0 loss to Sunderland in 94. I can't recall us have a chance, let alone one on target...

Stedcfc
For me it has to be either losing 0-6 at home to Aston villa in the famous premier league season. Petrol scoring from the halfway line just really put the knife in. Equally awful was a home tie in the F.A cup, I thought maybe we might have a cup round as we had a premier league squad (kind of). We were 3-0 down almost straight away. Think it finished 4-1. Claud Davis was just unbelievably bad.
kinza
Not so much as depressing, but mart poooooom scoring against us on his comeback at pride park in the dying minuites.. Cracking goal though... fair play to him..bast**d

curb
Easy, first game down in the second division, Aug 1980, Cambridge away, thought we'd walk it, lost 3-0. We'll be back in '81, yeah right. Edit: Just seen Uttox's post

feris bueller day off
28 December 2008 v Ipswich, 0 - 1 loss absolutely freezing and everyone on Paul Jewell's back. That was the bottom of the curve for me. Jewell duely got the sack, and we went on to beat Man United the next week

oomarkwright
Choice of two for me:- Leicester play off final at Wembley. Was still quite young, had been to all except 2 games that season. Was devastated when we lost. Ssausagehorpe at home during NCs reign, think it finished 4-1, have never felt so suicidal leaving a game at Pride Park. yes, either of those. worst one i didn't go to. plymouth 1/4 final. steve cherry, say no more. oomarkwright
Remember the FA Cup tie against Gillingham. It was depressing the fact that it got abandoned after 60 odd minutes because if a frozen pitch. Got home 3am and was up for college at 7am. That's depressing! 86? Abu Derby
1991 Derby 1 Liverpool 7 Absolutely murdered and torn to shreds by John Barnes, Ian Rush and co, even though we had Peter Shilton, Mark Wright & Saunders in our side. The realisation that under Robert Maxwell we were finished in the first division.

Oh Bobby Bobby
The Liverpool game was embarrasing, remember we started celebrating their goals for something to do.
