NIGEL Clough has made six changes to his Derby County starting line-up for Tuesday night's Capital One Cup first round match against Oldham Athletic at Boundary Park (7.45pm). New loan signing Adam Smith is handed his Rams debut at right-back, while there is a first start in midfield for summer signing John Eustace. Paul Coutts, Ben Davies, Michael Jacobs and Conor Sammon are also drafted into the side following Sunday's season opener at home to Blackburn Rovers.
