A mention to Sibley, a shaky first 10/15 but after that he did very well against one of the best wingers in the league.

Now that we are promoted, I hope Clowes is searching for our next manager this summer to give us a chance of progression in the Championship.
I’d be looking at Mowbray’s situation once he recovers.

Thing I liked most about that is none of the players looked phased by the occasion or atmosphere. Tough ground to go to and we come away with a point. Take that to Wycombe.

Sadly that's the last chance of winning the league gone, but on balance, I suppose it's a fair enough result. Disappointing that the offside and handball were not clocked for their goals, but we could have conceded a pen on another day.
There'll be some tired legs in both changing rooms tonight. Two decent sides who gave their absolute all.

I’d take the Pompey win. Put as much space as possible between us and the playoffs. Just want to get out of this league.

Solid point. We can talk about if, buts and maybes but to go to the leaders and match them toe to toe in that weather is some effort.

Football is an unpredictable beast but we have 4 winnable matches now. We’d be desperately unlucky for Bolton, Posh and Barnsley not to drop anymore points.

Let’s enjoy Saturday off and hopefully a couple of teams do us a favour.

Shame to have lost the lead twice but it’s still a good result which keeps the pressure on Bolton.

Watching on TV tonight, why is it so much more nerve wracking than being at the  game?!! Great first half, let's keep this going!

A good, battling half in pretty awful conditions. We've had some shaky moments but they've not been flawless either, and they're top of the league.
Hopefully we don't start the second half cold, because if we keep battling like we have been, this could be one of the biggest 45 we've played all season.

So happy to hear that. He got so much flack from so many places. .. think of the names he was called and the gibes that were circulating. None of his supporters said he was a genius but his detractors didn’t see the footballer he is and the sheer graft he brings along with his positional sense and instinct. Sure Gayle is a better striker but Collo is right now a 100% RAM

Got B4’s ashes with me (and a can of dark fruits). Husband is getting worried about the potential clean up 😂 There’s no way B4 would be missing this match

I loved (don't tell @Archied 😉) the BBG, but if I'm honest I think that those that are too young to have savoured it would find it rather disappointing. Having 20000 (ok, slight exaggeration) crammed onto the Popside, everyone moving in unison (because if one person moved the whole bloody lot of us had to move), and I won't even mention the bogs (definitely the right name because they resembled a bog much more than a toilet). I think that as a one off experience they would love it, but having to go through that whole cow herd experience every week I don't think would appeal. God I miss the old place 😔. I miss the smell of the place, especially at night. Football for me has that smell, but of the few memories that I seem to have retained at my age I can still smell and taste the BBG. Football for me now is too sterile, especially with the "big" clubs demanding everything for themselves leaving not even scraps for the rest. Brian Clough would hate today's football, and nobody would have to shop him to the police because he'd be on the TV every day screaming it at the top of his voice.
