I'd give Collins another 15mins to do something then change it. Doesn't score enough for a centre-forward. McGoldrick with Sibbo or Knight behind would be more effective in this game IMO.

Well what do I know?... I should bad mouth players more often... Nice finish JC ?

  2. Olosunde would be decent back up. Had a good season with Rotherham a few years back. Very quick!

Still need an option up front... and preferably one that offers something slightly different to what we've already got. If I've got the rules correct (and we get a RB on a free), we're allowed 1 more loan player in a matchday squad. A few suggestions that have got pace (I watch a lot of academy football!) and would possibly be available for loan: Mateo Joseph from Leeds, Divin Mubama from West Ham, Reyes Cleary from West Brom (watch out for this lad, he seems to be a bit of a goal machine!). One of those would do nicely.

How about Tyler Walker from Cov, local lad, 26 years old and out of contract in the Summer. Had a poor time of it in recent seasons but did score 14 in 29 for Lincoln in league one in the 19/20 season.

Good suggestion! Definitely the sort of age we should be looking at... and there doesn't seem to be many like that that would be available either on a free or for loan. We've already got JC and McGoldrick to take the 'experienced striker' roles.

Their CB Smith looks like a right **** need to score to shut him up.

Never mind shutting him up, we could do with signing him at the end of the season! Contract coming to an end and I didn't realise he was only 26... seems like he's been playing for Vale forever!

  5. Could do with a couple of changes... It's all getting a bit scrappy!

Wouldn't mind seeing JC and the new lad get some game time. Drop McGoldrick (that's McGoldrick, not McCauldrick Charlie Palmer!) slightly further back... his composure on the ball could calm it down a bit in the middle.
