  1. Found the guy who’s proper fun on a night out.
  2. Best ability is availability. Riggott was always injured.
  3. It’s the fact it’s easy to join in on, pretty inoffensive and there’s actions to it to make everyone stand up.
  4. It’s a mixed gender sport anyway, with the likes of Fallon Sherrock.
  5. Because the only reason to really go to the darts is a piss up and a sing song, not like you can see a lot. Great final. Humphries deserved winner, think he was beating anyone with that performance. Littler will certainly be back, he only really wobbled in that final leg when he could’ve checked it out to go a set longer.
  6. With all due respect, he signed what, 39 years ago? Football is vastly different.
  7. The huge difference this year is the top 3 last year were so dominant they never really looked like faltering. This year is different in that regard.
  8. I don’t know, not bought football manager this year and FIFA has been crap for 10 years now.
  9. El Mizouni been pretty rubbish by all accounts this season. Wouldn’t make sense for us to go for Smith now as we didn’t in the summer when he was free. Ladapo was more realistic until Hirst got a longer term injury a couple of weeks ago.
  10. Have to caveat some of Hourihane’s offensive stats by saying he takes every dead ball.
  11. What would be a top quality loan in your eyes? Remember we are in League One and not the Championship anymore.
  12. Wildsmith, Nelson, Bradley, Cashin, Wilson, Elder, Bird, Thompson, Fornah, NML, JJ.

For all Nige’s faults, I don’t think he would ever team up with his pals and a fraudster to try and take over the club. That’s probably the biggest difference of them all.
  14. He has a background as a fitness coach, not selling L’Oreal anti-aging creams.

No mods awake to lock this?
  16. Barlaser has played 17 games for Boro this season, why would he drop a league to come here?
  17. Nonsense source, but 25 next week, out of contract in the summer, 22 goals+ assists this season so far in league 2. Could do worse than a punt on that.

    Objectively hilarious.
  20. Dont agree. Hourihane isn’t one to operate in tight spaces, he can’t drop a shoulder or anything like that. He’s better when the game is in front of him at this point.
  21. Thing is, for as maligned as Sibley is, he put in a great corner yesterday and also the ball that lead to us winning the penalty - not advocating for him playing instead, just pointing out that we have others who are capable. Hourihane’s free kicks are often good, but they’re not a reason to keep someone in the team. He was a turnstile out of possession yesterday and he can’t run anymore. I think he has value to us, but not in a “must start every game” capacity as he has been doing.
  22. Peterborough match up really well with us. We are an old, slow team and they’re anything but that. I credit Warne for making switches to try and stem the tide but it wasn’t going to work against that. We need players in who have pace and athleticism badly. 3rd match in quick succession with no lineup change likely a bridge too far. My mine gripe was you don’t want to concede against a team like that from two high balls into the box. That is absolutely unforgivable. They’re killing us with their quick play, but to concede two seriously bad goals was really infuriating. Overall, Peterborough best team (in possession) I’ve seen since we came down and we didn’t deserve a lot from it. Just frustrating it happened like that. January important for us. We need to add that pace and athleticism in attacking areas.
