  1. Something fundamentally poor about how this team is set up. We have no out ball to get us up in possession beyond half way line. When we get there, we are fine, we just don’t seem to have a clue how to get there though. Comes back to Trent not being a carrier to take it forward and the Foden/Bellingham/Saka trio not working together stylistically. Painful Southgate not seeing it in the first game. It’s the exact same tonight.
  2. Was a shocking selection. We should have been looking at left backs for a while. Chillwell, Tyrick Mitchell or Leif Davis should have all been looked at.
  3. Yeah I think it’ll be next Thursday or Friday, if I had to guess.
  4. This tournament has been so fun. Banger goals, teams giving it a go. No boring pep side to side until we fall asleep nonsense like we’ve seen over the last god knows how many years. It’s been so refreshing.
  5. Available for free?! Get to the front of the queue.
  6. Why? He's 32 now, Dutch league isn't better than the Championship top to bottom. Before playing for AZ, he'd sat on benches for a couple of years.

    24/25 Kits

Pretty pointless as most competitions have a standard lettering they'll have to use.

    Dan Ellison

I’d guess this would’ve been for the u21 squad.
  9. How he’s got this job is beyond me. Wasted Belgium’s golden generation.
  10. First half hour of Portugal has been way too Pep.

  12. Goal difference means very little with how the order of deciders go in this, so they may as well. What a game that was though. Pure football theatre. This tournament has been class so far. So little boring Pep defenders passing sideways for half the game, just teams giving it a bit of b******. It’s been great.
  13. He’s been suggested a few times on here. Fits a good profile. not been linked or anything but some suggested we bring him back…
  14. Suggesting some gold trim perhaps?
  15. Unless he/she tells us otherwise, diagnosing him/her with a disability just using his posts could be construed as just as offensive and potentially bullying as anything else. Frankly, the posts are just hyperbolic b*******. He/she can back up their post with actual fact, critique or reasoning, or they can accept the responses they get for it.
  16. Just don’t buy we are interested in Murphy at all. If I was betting, I think he stays at Oxford.
  17. But but but we’ve missed out on a player to a team who’s just gone up from league 2.

    Henrich Ravas

On the bench today vs Belgium at the Euros.
  19. There is no chance he's gone back there. That would make beyond no sense.
  20. But selecting a player knowing that isn’t their game or that they even possess the attributes to do it isn’t ideal. As fantastic as they are, just picking great players is easy, understanding you’re going to condense the pitch with 4 attackers who want to come and get it to feet and having a plan what to do about that isn’t The only way it can work is if we have a high line and play fast. As soon as we drop deeper and play slowly, that second half happens.
  21. It is a clear problem that all our attacking players like to come to the ball, including Kane. For all Rashford and Sterling’s criticism in years gone by, there was a reason they were selected. They stretched it and were an in-behind threat with pace.
  22. “Not pretty but take the 3 points and move on” - Derby fans, for roughly the past year.
  23. Take it and move on, but we looked so leggy. Harry Kane looked so slow he was like prime Manel.
  24. Need a bit more from Kane and Foden in particular. Jude, Saka and Rice all been good.
