Didzy is an absolute top guy. Saw him as he was leaving the ground tonight. Few people asking for pictures and autographs and a young lad asked him for an interview for his YouTube. He said no problem, but let him finish with everyone else first. Sure enough, told the kid to go over to the side out the way and answered all his questions and gave him several minutes of his time. Kid wasn’t a Derby fan either. 

Our turnover is irrelevant, we had the largest or certainly one of the largest turnovers in The Championship and ended up in administration. 
I fully agree with any restrictions placed on us that mean we should be trading at around break even, its fully justified given that, as a club, it is only months since we shafted the tax payer and small local businesses.

Good spot. Tonight when Fozzy put him through on goal and he hit the keeper, you could see him physically crumple. Didzy immediately took his arm and geed him up and the lad just went again. These are things that seem so insignificant, but in the end mean so much. There's more camaraderie in this squad than any in recent memory IMO and it's wonderful to witness.

port vale are a horrible niggley side who hadn’t played at the weekend and it showed in the first half but the last half an hour of the second half Derby threw everything at them with Dobbin changing the game in our favour - yes if he was scoring Everton would have had him back by now but his pace Killed Port vale.

I just watched the highlights again and thought the exact same thing... when Dobbin had his really pretty bad miss, McGoldrick was right there still encouraging him and making sure his head didn't go down. I think that was really impressive from McGoldrick (and of course a very impressive response afterwards from Dobbin too).

Thought it was one of those nights but when we got one just knew we would get another. Worried Dobbin would be bullied out of it- love his attitude - always has a go and always keeps going when others' heads would go down or start bring petulant. Get people moaning at misses but he is so young and doing a good job generally. Have noticed how Didzy seems to have taken him under his wing - what more could he want. Totally changed the result - how important could those points be later in the season. Excellently timed subs. Just hope Everton cant/dont recall him

Glad you enjoyed it! Spent 87 minutes feeling bad for those who went and sang their hearts out then the last few minutes so wishing I was there. 

It’s beginning to feel a lot like 1967 when the ex Hartlepool manger came to manage the Rams. At first everything remained the same but after a time everyone knew something special was happening. 

The signs are good when in an away match we are having 16 shots, 8 of which were on target, and our fans think it was poor!

Skinned shins, no voice, leaping onto the guy next to me, I am 55 years old for Christ's sake, but what a night!

f****** love our kids, f****** love our oldies, f****** love the inbetweeners too. Keep saying it, but this season and last will stay firmly with me until I shuffle off this mortal coil. Special group of players, a special group of fans and a wonderful, wonderful football club. I've run the gamut of emotions tonight so I'm now going to unwind by cracking open a 30 year old McCallan I was saving for the boys 25th.
I'll buy another in the morning.

Barely made it home in time for the game so must have missed us signing Neymar but I thought he was class 

Also worth mentioning how well Springett did in the build up to our winner. He sprinted to keep the ball alive that looked like it was gone and that built our attack. Great to see the desire from him to win it. 

He can also be a 19 year old kid on loan at a big but ailing club, with all the pressure that brings, who gets endless stick, way more than any other member of the squad and yet tries his f****** heart out every game, creating as many scoring chances for others as anyone on the roster.
