I think you have missed my point. I am sure that the organised gangs who target footballers homes are more than capable of obtaining such details.
Having said that I am sure our players won’t be on said gangs list unless they want to steal toy figures, pogs, fidget spinners or what ever the latest trend in amongst kids nowadays. Plus they’d have to sneak past their parents.

What you're referring to is a completely different matter to what @Gee SCREAMER !! was talking about.
Gee Screamer is saying we can't keep Bielik, ON HIS EXISTING CONTRACT because he has the ambition of playing in the PL and expected to be there after two seasons with us (we're entering the 4th season).
What you're referring to is possible transfer/contract restrictions. The very important thing here is those restrictions can't say we must sell player X because he's currently earning more than the limit we're applying. Those restrictions may be a set max per player, or overall as a percentage of revenue. If it's per player, then it doesn't matter as he's already our player, it would only impact if we wanted to offer him a new deal. If it's overall for the club, then I'd expect sacrifices elsewhere - some players will be above the average, some below

We may have dodged the 15 point deduction or so it seems but with CK offering 35% over 3 years that means that we will be under a restrictive business plan imposed by the EFL during that time. We will still be restricted to what salaries or transfer fees we can offer.

If CK does pull out for whatever reason why would MA buy the club in its current position. Wait until it is liquidated, that way he doesn't have to pay any contracts up (Rooney and all the coaching staff etc.)and the players still in contract get paid by the EFL and are able to join other teams,i think transfer fees are still involved but the money raised remains with the EFL and goes to paying football creditors and the administrators. He then buys the ground from MM,if that is his intention. He then applies to the FA for a phoenix club to be allowed to join the pyramid at whatever level,if that happens there certainly won't be a phoenix club in place to start next season.

Disappointing day to add to a long list of disappointing days but just dared to look at twitter after avoiding all day. How do fans think the messages they are copying CK into are going to do anything to help matters? Its not just one or two. Then they'll moan when he thinks **** you then and is off.

So it's up to MM to take the hit not council tax payers bailing him out.

Of course i would, what happened to MM's promise that he would sell the club for £1 to the right buyer, Seems to me nobody in MM's eyes is the right buyer. Why should the council buy it if the prospective owners want it included in the deal, doesn't matter by that anology who owns it. it doesn't change anything and the council could finish up with the proverbial white elephant.

It should be gifted to the Council as an apology from Morris for leaving the club and the citys club in so much ****, instead tax payers money will be buying it and MM gets away with his millions in tact.

A few of us suggested exactly this when the Council met with some of the stakeholders a few weeks back. I said then and I stand by the view expressed, that from a fiscal perspective, it's an absolute no-brainer given they would be able to levy a ground-rent of between £1m and £2M per annum. Some folk need to do the basic maths on this. The deal would add to the Council coffers, not detract from them and that's before one considers the broader 'indirect' social and fiscal benefits. Furthermore, the Council will not have to stump up the £22M, which some on here appear not to grasp at all. A greater concern to me would be whether this arrangement might detract from the appeal of the club to the current bidders, though I sense they are only offering a token price for the stadium in any case.
All of this notwithstanding, my preferred option would still be that Morris consider his stated commitments and at very least, substantially reduce the asking price for the stadium. It won't happen of course, but by rights, he should actually without further delay, agree to transfer ownership to the new owners 'for £1.00' in keeping with his promise to do so, or have the class to explain to a fan base who feel betrayed and misled by him, why he is unable to.

I’m not questioning the idea but I do have doubts about Derby City Council’s business acumen and it’s ability to run the ground and generate a profit for the Derby rate payer.
Just look at the Assembly Rooms !!!

How exactly are Quantuma going to be able to make an interested party submit a formal offer for the club nevermind compel the same party to make that bid sufficient to satisfy the EFLs creditors requirements?
I don't see what leverage Quantuma have at all. Its out of their hands. We're now totally reliant on buyers thinking it's a good enough punt to spend their money on, Quantuma can't polish the turd which Morris left them to deal with.

The administrators have struggled this season to provide funds to ensure we complete the season, why should funding be any different next season if we are in the same situation?

If we are still in administration the EFL will not release that money, they will keep it to pay football creditors etc if we are liquidated.
-

Yes so as I put in my original message our ability to operate as a going concern will supercede all other matters.

Don't think there is a timeframe as such but if we are still in administration during the closed season when the EFL ask the administrators for proof that we can complete next season, which is looking unlikely, then the EFL can expel us from the league.

atherstoneram reacted to curb in The Administration Thread
They’re not, as has been said many times, their job is to try and get the best deal for the creditors, which means selling it for the highest price possible.
But there is a minimum limit, set by the EFL, who won’t allow us to stay in the league without paying 100% to football creditors, a percentage that HMRC will accept, and a percentage to all other creditors, so they will have an absolute minimum figure that if a buyer isn’t prepare to pay then the club will be kicked out the league.
The second limit is the other creditors, which if the buyer doesn’t meet we get a points deduction next season, which isn’t quite as bad as liquidation, but makes it harder for us to recover, which in turn makes it less attractive for potential buyers, which in turn forces the value of the club down (a catch 22).
So according to the latest quantuma statement no buyer has so far come forward with a high enough bid to satisfy the first limit.

Sadly while I'd dearly love to believe this, the fact is not a single investor anywhere in the world seems to agree. (At least, not at the price we need them to pay.)
From an owner's point of view football is a pretty terrible investment unless you have good prospects of getting to the Premier League, or you are a benevolent local rich person/fan who is happy to lose money hand over fist.
If I'm an investor from outside Derby I'm looking at the initial outlay, rebuilding the squad, overcoming a likely 15pt penalty and further EFL restrictions in League One... getting anywhere near the Premier League looks mighty expensive and a very long way off.

Might be millions to the likes of us but it is a pittance to HMRC.

But if you turn that on it's head, thatt's pretty much all one of the bidders gets if they pay £30M+ - no wonder wer're struggling to get any proper interest.....
