atherstoneram got a reaction from RipleyRich in The Administration Thread
I thought the ground would only be bought if Kirchner got the club.

From the sale of players who are still in contract.

Again....
Tell us what specifically he would have failed on... At the time... Not with hindsight... Not with the frustration of today...
What would he have failed on

He showed Quantama and the EFL proof of funds.
They both stated this. Are you calling them liars?
P. S.
As you are the one making an accusation, the burdon of proof is on you to provide evidence.

But what specifically was he supposed to fail the fit and proper person test on?

We don't know how complex the situation is/has been,i dare say if there is an investigation into their conduct they would get exonerated.
They and only they know the real problems that have been placed in front of them.

In what way?
I'm not saying I agree or disagree, but what leads you to come to such a conclusion?
I don't know enough about the ins and outs to nail my colours to the mast one way or the other, but you've obviously made that call, what led to it?

To be fair Nixon has a point. If someone was so desperate to ride in and save us why haven’t they since 5?
Even now men in suits are fiddling their gold coins to see if they can save themselves a few bob ?

It's not a good idea to be throwing personal insults at a load of lawyers.
They might not have proved themselves capable of selling Derby County to date, but I bet they know their way around a lawsuit.
For David's sake, try and limit the criticism to the actions, not the individuals.

Yeah, that's why I said "had" smartarse.
Percy said "multiple times this week", which is during the period that Kirchner had exclusivity.
Sorry for providing a logical reason why they wouldn't (couldn't) engage, rather than following the mob outrage ?

BAWT have already commented that AA is still in the race, Percy now contradicting BAWTs press release, This speaks volumes on others having a horse in the race

On what grounds should he have failed the test?
Please exclude hindsight from your answer

Why doesn't everyone just stop following him and hanging on his every Tweet.
No one is being compelled to listen to his random meanderings on Twitter, it's very simple.

I know he’s royally dropped us in it but I think, for your own sanity, you really need to move on. So many of your posts are slagging off Mel and whilst they may well be justified, they’re not going to change or achieve anything. Also, I don’t think you can pin absolutely everything going wrong down to him. For example, it’s not his fault CK appears to have messed us about and should also probably be the subject of your anger.

Seriously, in their heart of hearts how many people actually expected that things were going to be done and dusted by 5 tonight?
I can understand the reactions of disappointment but for me this was always going to be the inevitable outcome given previous proceedings.

The very well connected Ed Dawes has just said that he is not aware of any interest from Steve Morgan.
Is that because he's had his head up Mike Ashley's ar*e for the past week?

atherstoneram got a reaction from kevinhectoring in The Administration Thread
No matter how many times you repeat it the EFL cannot interfere with the administration of the club, the administrators don't have to accept anything, they are only reportable to the judiciary.

Yeah thanks lads but if your boss can't sort an international bank transfer in the best part of a month then I think I'll pass.
