Want to clear up any confusion. Meeting took place this morning. I have no idea what was said. My source has told me things have been off for weeks. They expect that he won’t last till the international break

Similar to warne probably. Don’t get the sentiment for warnock. If you hate the football under warne then you will hate it under warnock. I’d rather consolidate in league 1 this season under a manager now with pass and move football with a clear identity and something that gets me up and excited to go watch games and then go for it next season. At least if we lost yesterday and I enjoyed the match and could see development I wouldn’t have grumbled

I understand that when the football isn’t pretty, and the league position is dire, football fans will inevitably lash out. However, I am amazed that there are a good number on here tonight slating our owner. This is a staggering state of affairs even for our club, only some 15 months since he saved us.  Cool it down lads. 

An academy has to be the backbone of a club like Derby - we can't afford to buy players so we need to blood youth for the first team and we need to make money from doing this.
Whoever replaces PW needs to know this from day 1 and have a background of wanting to do this.

Cocu didn’t get as much leeway as what Warne is getting and he was a proper player and international on a different level to Warne ….also didn’t go after compensation as far as I’m aware …a decent bloke ….Warne should walk we gave him his big chance and he has not risen to it

No because I’m sure there were times last season this season and under cox and the 50s where we were lower. Can only go on where we finish at the season. Any lower than 7th at the end of the season would be the worst in our history

This. I often joked about it, but it was always assuming we all understood the place it came from.
He was fine as far as I was concerned, yes he said daft things that irritated some, he said other other things that I would think fair game for a bit of mickey taking but he didn't deserve the grief he got. He wasn't the best commentator radio derby ever had, but he did care about the club and was a fan.

Referee was excellent tonight. Kept the game flowing.
