I can't believe how wonderful it is to watch Ravel just pass the ball. Gives another dimension to the team, put in one particularly fab tackle yesterday and doesn't lack for effort. Worth the ticket price alone. Although his deadball needs some work! ? #COYR

Totally agree. I found myself watching in amazement as he confidently took the ball forward yesterday by using his left and right foot (both on the inside and outside of the foot). He's class.

I agree Carroll is a handful for defenders. But personally, i don't want to see hoofball again. Plus the fact he will probably only be fit for about 12 games, i don't think he's a worthwhile signing.

You missed the decimal point... 1.2 games you mean ?

  3. Dragged off yesterday like vs Forest at 1 down only for his replacement to score and Coventry win 2-1 again. Is everyone getting onboard that he is absolutely no loss now ??

It’s just nice to know that we aren’t paying some uninterested Butterfield or Anya £20,000+ a week but a bunch of lads trying to make a career in football and some grateful to still get a game and play with passion - I have enjoyed this season more than all of last season all ready

THIS! Been saying the same for weeks. People are starting to believe in now ?

Other than Martin what other free transfer signings have scored 30 goals for us?

...or for anyone else? I mean you could probably name Pukki who's scored more than that, but you make it sound like there are loads of them out there just waiting for a Championship club to offer them a deal

Who mentioned 30 goals? 4 goals would have beaten Waghorn last season…..

Same keepers bar Allsop who looks a bit scary.

    Worse defence than last year

    Same midfield plus Morrison

Same forwards less Waghorn and Gregory.

Didn’t we escape relegation by a whisker?

I’m all for optimism but we need about four more to survive the drop.

You’re forgetting to factor in a full pre-season together, free of Cocu pointless keep ball and Rooney doing what he believes in rather than trying to play each game individually as he admitted to for last season. P.s Waghorn was shocking, his loss alone is a massive positive ?
