Must be embarrassing to be questioned on your money dealings in front of all your rich mates.
Yeah when you have something to be embarrassed about.

That video unless he’s under a strict embargo not to say anything. Looks like a man that’s messed it all up.
Looks like a manager when they’ve just been sacked chased by the media. -

The guy spending 20m won't lose anything. He's buying something. By choice.
Lazy answer by that guy. Probably sounded really cool and flippant in his head.
No it would be pretty unnerving. The money is being held and it’s in control of the authority’s until you can prove its legitimate. It can be held for months/years.

The money wasn't going to Abramovic though, was it?
I think you understand the point.

Not having the money laundering line. Chelsea has just been bought by someone who was paying a government sanctioned Abramovich for x billion. We’ve been here before.

I do hope that the players have been paid and it's not another false dawn. We need some sort of clarity by Thursday at the latest (I didn't want to put 48 hrs!) Please CK let us know soon as I now have started chewing my toenails!!!
Players have been paid.

So now the bank holidays have finished. The cheque should have arrived in the post. In which case we should just be waiting for it to clear. Hopefully CK doesn’t have any unexpected direct debits that cause it to bounce.

Tbf I can understand if he goes to Palace. They do develop young players well.

I don’t blame him for going to a club like that where if he’s good enough he’ll get the opportunity in the premier league.

I’m not a big fan of Buchanan, I’d like to see him sold this year anyway, but EFL shouldn’t really be stopping us taking up options for the good of the club. As long as we get a fee I’m happy

Disappointing thing is if true, this sounds like he wants out. They wouldn’t pursue this if he is happy to stay at the club.
Genuinely believe if Fozzy had played more at the end of the season we’d have had a a few more points. He gave us an out ball when that Buchanan can’t.
-
All depends on what we can offer him. Man U might come in and offer him 15k a week and a 4 year deal.
we might be offering him half of that. If he does his cruciate next month his career is virtually over. It’s a brave step staying at Derby. -
If we can keep our back four and keeper together from last season we’ll have a great chance, they won’t need to bed in at all and they were really good last year. After that it’s about adding as many goals as we can to this team as that was our undoing last year.

If we lost Allsop- John Ruddy would be a great signing. Might be too good for league one but at 35 we have a chance.

It is Sunday , so let’s pray “Team CK” has been grafting all week to sort this mess out ?. The Admin team will soon be working out our invoice. 8 months x 4 people x 40 hrs per week at what £100 an hr ? That’s going to hurt.
I have a feeling it will be a lot more than £100 an hour

No, that would be an opinion being as beauty is in the beholder

Surely everyone is looking for a solution not looking how to have the upper bargaining hand when dealing with the sale of the stadium.
I think they are it they aren’t going to compromise themselves in the process. If I was in CKs position rn I wouldn’t buy the club without either owning the stadium or the council owning the stadium.

No. PPS would be repossessed by MSD, but it wouldn't cost Mel any more than he's already lost.
If he sold PPS for £10m, it'd cost him another £12m to pay off MSD - assuming he owes £22m and he has not put up any personal assets as extra security.
He’s apparently go some personal guarantees out on his other properties too.

Sells ground for redevelopment if no team to use it.
Yeah I think the way to avoid this is the whole of Derby withhold their council tax payments if planning was approved on the pride park site. Council block any redevelopment rendering the site worthless.
Perhaps their could be some future legislation across the whole of the country to block any future planning in scenarios like this.

Too many ifs.
