Maybe the much talked about crowd fund could cover some of this cost….clearly a crowdfund would never go anywhere near enough to save the club, but i m sure fans would contribute to this cause to raise some thousands to Sue other clubs…….BAWT..?…drop me a line if I can assist.

If they’re so worried about representing all clubs in the league, not just helping one out (us), then their response is simple, and would sort all this out:
”in the interest of all clubs in the league, to save opening a can of worms and taking all clubs down a dark path, we’ve amended our rules to state: ‘no club can bring legal proceedings against any other member club regarding league position based on any rule breaches, punishments are handled by the league, and the league alone, as per our existing guidelines.’”
and if Wycombe and boro don’t like that this is being put in place retrospectively, then duck em.
All someone needs to do is write a list, and it would be a long list, of the potential court cases that could be brought up if this isn’t written into EFL rules. Not just us vs QPR and Villa, but there are loads of others.
send the list to the EFL, but also to any affected clubs’ owners saying ‘look, if boro bring this case against Derby, you could also bring a case against x, y and z. On the other hand, a, b and c could bring a case against you. So which way do you want this to go?
the only way to solve this is for the EFL to state categorically that boro and Wycombe can’t bring these cases to court, that then gives new owners the confidence to know it’s a none issue, and that’s supported by the league, and the majority of its member clubs.
what are the chances of that happening though? And the EFL don’t have a vendetta against us, pull the other one, they’re on course to let the league tear itself apart just to spite us.

Agree….even if it’s to discuss other/all options e.g claims against Villa and QPR. Even if its success is unlikely it will let the EFL know the can of worms they are opening…..assume BAWT are all over this…..anyone from there reading this..?….do you need any assistance pursuing this with local solicitors..?

Usual spin from the EFL….but they are hardly going to admit the vendetta are they…?…didn’t their previous statement say claims against other clubs were against their statutes, but they still allow Boro and Wycombe to pursue DCFC to delay any exit from Admin till we are done for, with differing motives : EFL our certain relegation, Wycombe chancing to earn a few million £, as for Gibbo maybe our liquidation………I just hope people don’t fall for this latest EFL spin….

Could one of the fan groups launch a legal action against Boro & Wycombe on grounds their vexatious legal actions have caused emotional distress to a significant number of our fans?
If it was run through a fans' organisation, the fact the club is in administration would make no difference, and the EFL couldn't do anything about it.
    Probably a non-starter, but its a thought.

My reply to Rick Parry today 17/01/2022.
    Mr Parry,
    Thank you for the reply.
I did not mention ‘killing’ Derby County so I am little confused why you would use such a term.
You have not answered if my points from my previous email.
Can you please answer how your proceedings are transparent bearing in mind one of your representatives is from Middlesbrough who have a dubious legal claim lodged against us. Surely while this ‘claim’ exists he should be removed from his position? This would be akin to having the family member of a victim of crime on a jury. It would look biased and unfair.
I find it highly suspicious that as soon as we got allegedly close to appointing a preferred bidder and potential new owner we have been slapped with another demand. Now as we all know a new owner with funds in early January would only boost our survival chances then all of a sudden we given a new demand with a deadline of the 1st February (just after the transfer window closes)
Yes, this is cynical but as I say I find it suspicious. I was never one for a witch hunt or vendetta previously. Mr Morris was an idiot and he broke the rules. So we deserved our punishment, which we have taken. However, it now seems that certain chairmen wants us relegated no matter what and so do the league. It is also interesting that this demand comes after media reports that other clubs are annoyed we have rejected bids. Bids I might add for our academy players. I do not believe in coincidences and this is all too coincidental.
