Honestly, there is so much tripe posted in here after a defeat it is laughable!

We've lost back to back league games for the 1st time.

We are 2nd in the table despite having to deal with a lack of attacking options.

Yes, we would all like to see more flair, more attacking football, but we just don't have the personnel for it atm, our financial restrictions have limited who we have been able to recruit and more importantly, IMO, who we were able to keep hold of.

I really wish we had played a 5 at the back last night with the lack of a left back being available, Sibley at LWB and Wilson at RWB would have given us more attacking options IMO, but he chose to play a 4 with Cashin at LB, a 4 that the vast majority are screaming for despite the personnel not being available.

No matter how poor the football is perceived to be by some, we ONLY lost to stupid, amateurish individual errors again, just like at the beginning of the season.

Is it Warnes fault that Wildsmith had another brainfart? We could see from the South stand that when the ball went forward he would never get there in time as he wasn't on his toes in anticipation, so he should have got close and stood his grd to make the player have to beat him.

Was it Warnes fault that the numerous mistakes from individuals cost us the 2nd goal, fgs, I came from us trying to pass it around at the back instead of launching it forwards (what most people complain about as Warne ball.... so it feels like all those moaners got what they deserved by trying to pass it around with league 1 players!).

I for 1 will be there on Saturday and give him my full support, despite not agreeing with some of his decisions,  after all, what do I know compared to the man that has us 2nd in the table?

And for all those that say any other manager would have us 1st, prove it, Where's the evidence? Who's to say we wouldn't have lost more games? Or is it just your opinion, a bit like mine, so worthless other than being an opinion of a fan that has watched thousands of games but never had access to the inner workings of a club out of administration and the coaching badges to allow me to be on the training ground.

    Top post…..👏

  2. We need support not the type of toxic atmosphere we saw from “some” fans on Saturday. Although I’m pleased to say there were more fans applauding at the end than the other so called fans. We are there because we support the team. We have no Devine  right to beat “smaller teams” just because we are a bigger club. How long ago we nearly didn’t have A club to support. I realise the disappointment but what good comes of slagging the players. If they ain’t good enough that’s life…..but they do not go out to lose and they certainly don’t want to be in this league next season either. Let’s not forget we still have our hands tied on transfers, players do not have to come to DCFC, and if they think the place is toxic why would you sign if other teams make a similar offer with fans who support their teams in adversity, like we did in our 21 point season.

Just reading the Blackpool piece and found this….

    https://www.theifo.co.uk/contact-us.html

    The Independent Football Ombudsman

WTF? There is a complaint form. We should send in thousands…why have I not heard them mentioned or involved?

    I’ve emailed…..

investigation into the EFL and it’s dealings with regard to DCFC :
    1. Efl approve the stadium sale then subsequently charge DCFC
    2. Efl approve amortisation method, sign off two years accounts then subsequently charge DCFC in response to MFC threats to sue EFL.
    3. MFC drop their threat to sue the EFL
    4. EFL lose case against DCFC. Nb accountant on the panel
    5. EFL appeal and appoint a new panel with no accountant.
    6. EFL win case
    7. DCFC have no right of appeal
    8. DCFC go into administration.
    9. Middlesbrough and Wycombe announce intention to claim against DCFC.
    20. Such “claims” prevent DCFC exiting admin.
    21. After 4 months of delaying the EFL finally decide the “claims” have to be settled by DCFC. Interesting this eventual decision, comes days after the transfer window has closed and maximum disruption to DCFC.
    22. How can an unsubstantiated “claim” by other clubs be deemed as a bona fide creditor, and a football creditor that takes precedence over other creditors even HMRC.
    23. EFL rules preclude claims between member clubs.
    24. As for the claims, if you look into the detail, you will see they are pure fantasy and clearly just a chance to make money, or more sinister and an attempt to actually put DCFC into liquidation. And apparently aided and abetted by the EFL
    Thank you for your time.
    Regards

Do you know whether the EFL can legally not make a ruling on this? Surely they have to say categorically whether this is football debt or not?

Maybe I've misunderstood but  I can't find anywhere where the EFL have confirmed one way or another. Apologies if this has been asked/answered before.

Correct they haven’t made a ruling, hence the current stalemate…….if they rule it isn’t they face the wrath of Boro….if they. Rule it is we ####d , they open a can of worms of clubs suing clubs and they have to face that music of letting another club go under….

  6. Any more on the suggestion to find a local legal partnership to help. To at least discuss options open us maybe using a fan group as claimant, e.g claims against Villa and QPR. Even if its success is unlikely it will let the EFL know the can of worms they are opening…..assume BAWT or the like are all over this…..anyone from these rams organisations reading this..?….do you need any assistance pursuing this with local solicitors..?

Maybe the much talked about crowd fund could cover some of this cost….clearly a crowdfund would never go anywhere near enough to save the club, but i m sure fans would contribute to this cause to raise some thousands to Sue other clubs…….BAWT..?…drop me a line if I can assist.

I do wonder if he contact local solicitors and lawyers if they would help us? It would give them good PR trying to save their local club too.

  9. Usual spin from the EFL….but they are hardly going to admit the vendetta are they…?…didn’t their previous statement say claims against other clubs were against their statutes, but they still allow Boro and Wycombe to pursue DCFC to delay any exit from Admin till we are done for, with differing motives EFL our certain relegation, Wycombe chancing to earn a few million £, as for Gibbo maybe our liquidation………I just hope people don’t fall for this latest EFL spin….
