    I think, with everyone fit, Warne would probably go with;

                 Vickers or Wildsmith

    Nyambe  Nelson  Cashin  Forsyth

                Adams   Hourihane

                          Bird

    NML            Washington         CBT

Not what I’d choose if I was wearing the magic bobble hat, and you could argue he’d go for some variation of a back 3, but with the options we have until the end of the season and from what we’ve seen in the majority of games so far this year I think it’d be something like that. Not sure on the goalkeeper as there’s different theories as to why Vickers had the shirt recently.

Exactly,no-one can predict what is going to come out of the bobble hat,not even warne

We’ve had injuries in recent weeks. I appreciate people feel Warne is messing with the team for the sake of it, but hasn’t it in part been due to circumstance? How he’s navigated that circumstance is another matter, but not having the likes of Nyambe, Forsyth, Elder, Cashin, Smith, Washington, Waghorn, CBT and others available at times has played as much a part as his decision to change the goalkeeper for example. I was told it’s not correct to ignore caveats on another thread over the last couple of days so feel this should be highlighted.

I agree Warne has been dealt a bad hand with some of the injuries, but even  with a full squad could you genuinely state Warnes preferred eleven

  3. After the stevenage fiasco, even some of the Warne supporters were beginning to have doubts about Warne, then clowes had Warne round to his for the tea party and things started to improve for a while, but now it seems to me we are steadily regressing back to the stevenage level.time for another party at clowes manor perhaps before things get out of hand

  4. Not much positivity on here today,I expect more of the same from Saturday, another dour 1-1,Exeter getting  a late equaliser as we drop deeper and deeper as the second half goes on. Goal scorer even harder to predict as guessing the team is getting harder than predicting the lottery numbers

Yes but in the position we are in we cant just go out and replace him.

We took a risk extending his loan, I'd imagine with a view to persuading him to join us next season, and it has backfired.

Tough titty. We have to accept injuries as part of the game and also understand the reason we have been getting players prone to injuries.

he must have trained like ronaldo, because he did nothing on the pitch to warrant a stay

And more excuses in the summer.

Have you seen how many players are out of contract? Total rebuild needed. How can anyone expect us look good until 7 months in?

promotion or not,i for one do not want warne involved in rebuilding our squad.we now are down to our last asset in cashin,we cannot afford any more sicknotes or failures,we need someone with nous and connections, and respect in the football world

Maybe a loan out? He does need game time, and to learn the role a bit more.

I always thought he'd be one for the future, given Hourihane and probably Bird departing at season end. So a development loan would make more sense to me.

Can't see a transfer fee generating much?

wouldn't the gumps want coin if we got a fee for fornah?

The age old question then, how much are his “failed bets” bing paid? And he’s not gambling like an addict at Ladbrokes. That what we did under Mel when more and more silly money was spent on an ever growing squad.

aren't we limited to 12k a month wages,an addict is an addict, whether they have a penny or a pound.warne has gambled with his budget

Let’s see what happens, but I think we have to be prepared for the reality of our limited finances.

yet warnes gambling our money like an addict at ladbrooks, whatever value has been added to the club since admin, has been more than wiped out with the wages of his failed bets

Total random name, but I think we were linked to him previously. Jebbison the young Sheffield United striker. Would score goals at this level. We haven’t been linked just wonder if he’s available for loan and could be the prem youngster we are after.

the stripes are the wrong colour

  11. 1. Brian Clough

    2. Dave Mackay

    3. Arthur Cox

    4. Jim Smith

    5. George Burley

    6 Steve Mac

all the rest are wiped from memory other than silly billy, jimmy jewel, and lampard, although i enjoyed lampards season, and he was unlucky losing mount,i do ultimately blame him for the position we are now in,picking that team at wembley

I think your being a little harsh on him (although i agree on your point regards his heading), without him i think wede of struggled to be in the top six. Yes we need back up with Wash,JJ and Waggy always on the treatment table, but hes always available, works his socks off and has scored 18 goals so far. I don't think he misses anymore chances than anyone else. For me he has been one of the big plusses of the season so far.

we need them gone, free up some money for a striker who can play more than half a dozen games a season

  13. collins has won me over this season with his goals and work rate,i just wish he would stick to his task in the box,  keep off of the wings lookin for the ball, and cut out the needless fouls and offsidides

also got to give a shout out to his incredible fitness rate, must be the fittest player in the squad, and most durable

I'm not happy with the first half performance no. But I wasn't massively enthusiastic about the football under Billy Davies either but as long as we win it doesn't really matter.

We've won 11, drew 2 and lost 2 out of the last 15 games.

If we do that in the next 15 we'll win the league.

Blackett Taylor has trained twice and played about 80 minutes in total. He's at a new club, new surroundings, won't know his teammates well and you're calling him uninspiring? It's mental.

i thought the time cbt was on the pitch, the wings were too crowded,we had cbt, sibbo, nml, and collins, plus defenders all fighting for a few metres of grass, hence no space for him to work in.he might have done better after the subs if he had stayed on the pitch

Just watched back that free kick for them at the death,

What the hell was Vickers doing ???? Their bloke should've scored.

Bring Wildsmith back ,he is clearly no 1. stop this ridiculous situation/point proving nonsense.

could wildsmith the peripheral player warne is referring to?

I haven't seen the incident again, and can't recall it from watching the game. No-one round us was worried, perhaps you were closer to it in East Stand.

My point was about the RamsTV gang on here - not one comment about a possible penalty - that's unusual in itself.

looked to me on rtv,as though sibbs was about to tackle on the corner of the box, then realised where he was and pulled out of the tackle,no penalty, but from a distance it may have looked worse

I've heard that Fornah is going to Wycombe on loan, possibly permanent at the end of the season.

hope we screw a significantwedge out of the robbing cowboy crook if true.i'd hate to do them any favours
