Birmingham lost 8-0 at home to Bournemouth the week he took over he took them to a comfy 10th place finish and finished a couple of points of the playoffs yje next year ,  He took us to the Playoffs.  The Millwall side he has is total dross but he's kept them comfortably in this league and with a couple more on the bounce they'll be around the Top 6 .   He had very little time with Stoke who went trigger happy and panicked like someone else we know.  I disagree but all opinions.

Probably giving him and Morrison a start to keep them going morale wise - back to the bench next week I suspect

I know I’m an old traditionalist but I blame the fact that the laws of the game are constantly changing. Until recently the ball had to leave the penalty area from a goal kick. Since this law was changed we consistently play Russian roulette which often ends in disaster

It was at the end of the 1969/70 season after we’d finished 4th in our first season back in the big league.
The ‘consolation’ of not being in Europe was that we were allowed to enter the Watney Cup, a glorified pre season friendly tournament which was played on a group basis followed by a semi & final 
We became inaugural winners of the tournament by beating Man U (with Charlton, Law, Best etc) 4-1 in the final at the BBG 

Not received a refund for my Millwall away tickets yet. I emailed the club last week to ask about it & they basically told me to stop complaining & be patient. Still wouldn’t tell me when I’d get it though, or my season ticket refund for that matter.
Personally I think DCFC have handled communication with fans throughout the whole Covid thing appallingly.
This is in stark contrast to our friends at Derbyshire cricket who have kept members involved of proceedings every step of the way. They always respond to calls/emails, hold regular zoom meetings etc.
