I'm a simple man of simple tastes.

Tonight's dinner is a co op rump steak with a dressing of smoked chilli mayo and 8 x cold Staropramen. 
Prep time: 45 min (inc. going to the co op and buying the steak and beers and giving it 20 mins to get to room temp before it goes in the pan)
Cooking time: 10 min (inc. 5 min resting time).
Low carb, gluten free, Man dinner.

It normally does! Thing is I just join the motorway safely and sit in the inside lane a good distance behind any lorry doing around 55-60mph. The morons behind me shoot into the outside lane doing 80mph+ and I usually pass them 15 minutes further up the road. I don't swap lanes at all unless behind a very slow-moving lorry going up hill for example.

Films take forever to make. Bohemian Rhapsody began about a decade ago and they picked SBC as first-choice Freddy in 2010. But he walked in 2013. There are differing opinions as to what went wrong, but clearly he didn't agree with the film Queen wanted to make and Queen didn't like the film he wanted to make.

One of the cats joining us for the morning walk back in October (after they've eaten). They say Jack Russell's don't get on with cats as well. Another myth right there. Same way no child is born racist, it's how you bring them up.

This is meant to be Freddy Mercury we're talking about. Way too anodyne for me. You can see why Sacha Baron-Cohen didn't work out in such a sanitized version of the story. Astonished his replacement Rami Malek is up for an Oscar.

Christmas and birthdays right?

Looks superb and I'd eat it because I have no self control. But i'd regret it all night because my body would react to eating that pile of chopped nuts as it would to drinking the contents of a Duracell battery.
Christmas is a difficult time for me with all those tubs of nuts around. Very often you'll find me keeled over in a corner clutching my stomach, face covered in dry roasted nut powder. The Mrs standing over me shaking her head with zero sympathy.

Back home to the simple fare, Piri Piri lamb chops and chicken, with a simple salad.

Blimey, you need to get them legs out in the sun a bit more. They're whiter than mine.

Facebook innit? When a chick's had a hard day at work they like to post a photo of their legs in a bubble bath with a glass of wine in shot accompanied by some hashtag like #metime or summat. 
And if they happen to have chrome taps then they're there to be zoomed in on. That's what the zoom function is for.

I just zoomed in on the pan to see if I could see more clues in the reflection (a trick I like to use on bath taps when girls post photos of their legs in the bath)... I think I can make out an empty packet of dried smash. Has David been for dinner?
