I think the problem is, the style of play isn't working. Teams are just allowing us to fanny around with it at the back and midfield.
If LR changes the whole style of play he's admitting his way of playing was wrong. No manager will do that so they keep playing the same way until one of 2 things happen. We get a few lucky wins and he keeps his job going or we keep losing and he gets sacked.
Imo we are going one way. This squad should be easily top 3-4 yet we've scored less goals than Burton.
He talks the talk but for me he can't walk the walk.

Same thing that's gone wrong in nearly every away game since Rosenior has been here my mate. Play the exact same way and expect things to change. 
Davies and Rooney have said that Rosenior is the coach and done most of the coaching when Rooney was here.
Last 36 away games under Rosenior's coaching. Going back to Feb 2021.

Failed to score in 20 of those 36 games.
Scored 19 goals in those 36 games.
Yet he carries on and comes out with the same old drivel and goes out and plays the exact same way in every away game
 

We've now gone past the stage of being happy that we still have our club. How long is the happy stage supposed to last?
We shouldn't just be happy to still be alive and breathing. We should be striving for a whole lot more and when you see our stats, they are for grim reading. 
The home support will start to dwindle and the rot then starts to set in. 
I don't think we have any structure around the management set up and something needs to change and quickly. Coaches have been placed into roles out of necesity but this needs be looked at to see if or how it's working.

What's scary is there now seems to be a pattern but not just in the results but the way the midfield is so poor, the forward line cannot find the net and the defence cannot defend.  
It's really a time for a change in management, we look like a league 1 mid table team and that's actually shocking looking at the players we have.
To lose tonight against a poor league one side ( no disrespect intended), but it's Lincoln who are so poor at home until they meet us.
For the sake of Derby County he has to go now .

Get Liam out for crying out loud,  nice man but absolutely shocking manager , a decent league 1 manager would have these firing 90% of our team are established in the league above ffs, had enough of watching us it's getting my down every week

If he goes then I don't mind because, as I've said, I don't think he's yet demonstrated he will be a good manager. He talks the talk impressively, but does he walk the walk? I was grateful to Rooney for his leadership last year but I was also pleased he left because he wasn't a good enough manager on the field. For me there are still too many echoes of Rooney ball, for instance the utterly ridiculous goal kick routines. If Rosenior were to go we would have our pick of a lot of decent managers. I hope Rosenior stays, adapts, and does better as the season goes on, but I'm not yet convinced and I don't want DC to find himself in a position of having to fork out too much in compensation if we find ourselves unable to climb out of midtable. Our goal should be to be challenging. I would wait until much nearer Christmas to see if we are.

Who knows, but the statement that nobody could have done better is meaningless. Someone else could possibly have won more than 4 games in 32…..

You don’t know how another manager would have done. 

It's pathetic our fans turning on Rooney. Absolutely pathetic. We have a threadbare squad and have been overperforming. Now we inevitably start to struggle with our lack of options and immediately some fans are throwing the toys out the pram. Get real. Nobody we could appoint could get more out of this squad than Rooney. He's doing a good job. 

Get rid of the pair of them its our only Chance .
