Andrew3000 reacted to May Contain Nuts in The coronabrexit thread. I mean, coronavirus thread
No, but I've watched Noel Edmonds telling the story of how some mind altering drugs caused one girl to regurgitate her own pelvis, and a young lad to cry all of the water out of his body.
Noel is an intelligent man, concise, clearly no nut job, has no agenda has nothing to sell, so I've sworn off cake for life.

No , you’ve run off on a mad one yet again , no surprise as it’s the same old tactic , I never said any of the stuff you’ve posted ??♂️,
conveniently you havnt answered the simple stated FACT , doctors and hospitals are INSTRUCTED to record deaths from ANY cause within 28 days of a positive test as a covid death ,
I now personally know 3 people who have had problems within two weeks of vaccine ,one of those serious and there’s not even been the slightest question as to whether vaccine related,
perhaps you find what your instructed to look for and don’t find what your instructed NOT to look for , so no I don’t see some mass conspiracy of individual doctors and nurses , let’s see if we start to see what’s known as whistle blowers appear over time a bit like the phizer testing and reporting stuff published in the BMJ ,
of course you will run off accusing me of saying millions are dying from the vaccine rather than having genuine concerns that vaccine related problems are not being investigated/ recorded as stringently as they should be and certainly not in the same way as covid , remember Long Covid, but hey no matter , it’s what you do and it’s just silly??♂️

Andrew3000 reacted to Carl Sagan in Coventry City (A) FA Cup 3rd Round Matchday Thread
A lot of people saying this game doesn't matter, but if we get through and bag a plum tie in the next round it might help us survive as a club. If we go on a cup run, it might help us survive as a club.
It'll be difficult because Rooney will definitely rest a lot of players and the ones who come in won't have been playing regularly or have played together as a team before. If all these are fit, I reckon Rooney's team will be:
Roos
McDonald Cashin Stearman Williams
Shinnie
Ebosele Watson Sibley
Baldock Plange

It is a great question. What is the definition of vaccinated and what is it based on?

@Boycie I've never been abroad to anywhere that requires a jab, however, if I went somewhere that required one, I know that those jabs are established, tried, tested and trusted.

This is essential listening.
Very easy listening and goes indepth on a few subjects. If you're interested make sure you listen to the whole thing rather than the snippets on twitter/wherever.

I don't need to google Joe Rogan, I've watched plenty of his podcasts - some he treats more seriously than others.
This one happened to be a very good one otherwise I wouldn't have mentioned it. If you're not going to watch it due to some predefined opinion then fair enough, we have nothing to talk about.
For those that are interested Dr Robert Malone discusses his employment history, his work on mrna tech, his covid anti-virals that are currently undergoing FDA approval, his social media cancellation, why hospitals and Doctors aren't incentivized to administer early treatment, politicization of covid, media bias and more.
The guy has a lifetime in not only virology but the Government and boards and organizations that govern various aspects of medicine. If you want to broaden your knowledge, its well worth the 3hr time investment.
EDIT: Furthermore what you are falling into a social media constructed echo chamber. Dr Malone gets cancelled from twitter, limiting his options to get his message out so he appears on Joe Rogan - that the media have already told you is a shock jock. Whatever your opinion of Joe Rogan you should be listening to his guests (Dr Malone in this instance) and forming an opinion/fact checking what it is they are saying.

Andrew3000 reacted to maxjam in The coronabrexit thread. I mean, coronavirus thread
I would far rather listen to what someone has to say and make my own mind up than be told what a persons opinions are by someone else.
Three hours is a long time to talk, you get far more information than you would from a newspaper article or 30 second twitter clip with no context. Dr Malone covered a fair amount ground and went into detail in a number of them. For someone that has spent his career in virology, worked for the Govt and continues to sit of the boards of various medical panels, for twitter to ban him for promoting 'vaccine hesitency' just goes to show how political and narrow-minded the entire approach has become.
I've probably plugged it enough now so I'll leave it here but it is well worth the 3hr time investment - there is a lot of info conveyed that really makes you think.

Andrew3000 reacted to Day in Happy New Year
2021 hasn't been easy for a lot of people, even tougher for us Derby County fans that have had to endure and will continue to do so the sleepless nights with the unthinkable, the threat of our club facing possible liquidation.
I just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year, without you, this community would not be here, the community that has allowed fans from not just around the country, but the world to come together and help each other through these difficult times and I'm sure will continue to do so through next year and beyond.
For any players, management, staff, anyone connected to the club that may also be reading this, Happy New Year to you also, I can only speak for myself, but I'm sure many others will agree, you are all making us so proud to be a Ram, we cannot ask anymore from you.
Let's all go and smash 2022 ?

Best performance for a while.
Thompson has been excellent, Plange has carried a real threat, the midfield is looking really sharp on and off the ball and we've looked mostly solid at the back.
Just need to build on this now and perhaps calm things a touch.

I suppose it’s the definition of top … that’s the thing .. I’d almost say he has, in that without him there’s no way we’d have Ravel or Jags. For where we are, they are top ….. But yes .. it’s going to be interesting assuming league one if he really can pull in some bells whistles and go faster stripes. It certainly won’t be wages or the glamour of 3rd tier football

Andrew3000 reacted to jono in West Bromwich Albion (H) Matchday Thread
Random musings now the dust has settled
Matt Clarke .. still a tidy defender, still doing what he did for us … that lovely bring ball down to feet, trap it dead, send attacker the wrong way, play neat 10yd pass. Nice …..And just like his Derby days, Still heading it over over the bar with great consistency ?
Festy .. The thing about tackling.. It isn’t about being tough and hard, although that does help .. it’s about timing. Festy was magic on at least 4 occasions .. extending a leg at just the right moment to remove the ball. His slide that resulted in a booking was in fact a beautifully executed and timed intervention. It wasn’t a foul and should never have been a yellow. I just loved it when he was subbed. He loved the ovation, the crowd loved giving it to him. It was deserved and the walk, the long way round, was joyful. Fans and players need each other.
Tommo. We talk about the difference between prem and championship being consistency - all those players who get called a one game in three … Tommo hasn’t had a bad game. He has been an aggressive, forward thinking contributor every minute he’s been on the pitch. He’s one of those rare players with superglue on his boots. I can’t wait for a full season in less stressed circumstances to see this boy grow.
Lastly .. the Music .. Everyone was dancing a jig full of happiness to sweet Caroline after the whistle, then half way though just before it could reach max celebration volume … some knob went and changed it to a generic unsingable pop tune. Whoever it was has no soul ! So sad !

Andrew3000 reacted to Day in Bristol City next to fail P and S ?
Just wanted to say this, I take no enjoyment from clubs failing P&S rules, football is broken, Covid is hammering the final nail in the coffin.
I'm sure the vast majority of Bristol City fans are decent football fans that don't deserve to see their club punished.
However, when one fan takes his obsession with our situation to a level that's beyond normal behaviour, it's hard not to have a smile on your face when reading the clubs statement.
Bristol City the club, the staff, players, fans, no ill feeling, wish you all the best and hope you can sort the financial situation out without punishment.
Mr Poppadom, I hope they throw not just the book at you but the library, you had this coming you muppet.

Andrew3000 reacted to Ramarena in Bristol City next to fail P and S ?
Hmmmmmm, they cost us 3 points in December fielding players they couldn’t afford……or should I say by cheating!!!!!
Maybe we should sue them, seems in vogue at the moment!
Am I doing this right?

Most of the “tripe” is the BS speculation. Nothing is happening in public. So we are bored. When folk are bored they turn to humour. You should try it, it helps pass the time and is at least as useful as being a wannabe ITK / chartered accountant / HMRC commercial negotiating board member .. What will be will be .. meanwhile:
