Hopefully whoever was responsible for the racist comments aimed at Jozwiak is permanently banned. 

They are doing what always happens to managers once the team goes into a death spiral (and normally just before they are sacked)...chopping and changing the team,altering the tactics on a weekly basis,swapping out goalkeepers and making increasingly bizarre on field decisions in a frantic effort to drop on the right formula and start winning again.
Trouble is,it never,ever works once you have reached that point.
The difference at Derby is that the manager isn't being sacked and so the jamboree just goes on and on,week after week.
The only way out of it is to bring in a new manager and staff to break the cycle but we can't/won't do it.

Wait…. We have tactics? 
 

I know our team is bad but isn't the main problem the depth? the starting 11 today wasn't terrible. We've won 1 game in our last 20 odd, surely the team was/is at least better than that. 
Could it not just be that our last 2 managers happen to have been terrible? 

Do you have alerts set so whenever somebody mentions Rooney you can quickly jump on and stick up for him? 

We have gone 17 league games without a win,that's enough to be honest,I really don't want to see it reach 29 if we add another 12 games with Wayne in charge.

Rooney & Rosenior need to go. Unfortunately Mel doesn't seem to want to pay to get rid of them, and they seem too stubborn to resign. 
It annoyed me during the pre game interview with Rooney saying he knows all the fans are right behind him. Well if he actually read these forums or bothered to look into it, he would find that the majority actually want him gone!

It's a big part of it though isn't it? Zonal marking doesn't help, Clarkes one of the best CB's in the league.

We've got a bad squad but all our best players are attackers, so why are we setting up so defensively when it's obvious our defenders are incapable of keeping a clean sheet? Wouldn't attack be the best form of defence with this team? ...and we have Mac at the club who specialises in attacking football just sitting there (if he even still is). I don't care what anyone says, Jozwiak, Lawrence, Sibley etc are good players, Rooney makes players worse because he doesn't know what he's doing because he's not qualified to be a manager yet. Mac has a history of not only getting the best out of players, but also improving players.
The constant late goals we concede, inability to win after going down etc aren't coincidences, its poor game management and an inability to react when the opposition does. You can't blame the players when it seems to happen no matter which players are playing.
People on here are constantly blaming our attacking players for not picking up players when we concede goals, but why isn't anyone asking why are our attacking players being put in them situations?
As far as I'm aware there isn't any restrictions stopping Mel from sacking Rooney, he's just choosing not to save his money or for some reason he thinks he's doing a good job, or he thinks have Rooney in charge would attract more buyers, but are potential buyers really stupid enough to be more likely to buy a club just because it has someone famous in charge? I don't care that it's his own money, he didn't have to buy the club, if we go down because Mel didn't want to sack Rooney it's unforgivable.
If we do go down, can't we at least go down with our own identity? I'm honestly sick of every time Derby are in the news, all you see is pictures of Rooney and headlines about him, sometimes you barely see anything about the actual club, it's even worse than when Lampard was here. I know that's not his fault but it just adds to the misery.

I'm a big fan of Mac but I don't think this team suits his style of play at all. It's bereft of technical ability, and I just can't see us controlling a game with our current midfield.
If we were to change manager I'd rather see Wass in charge. At least the younger players would feel more confident and we may actually utilise the likes of Louie Sibley and play him in his best role.
 

I reckon Mac could at least get some structure going forward , we are like a park team under Rooney and rosenior ,,, we need good quality coaching and organising

Everyone saying Rooney has been dealt a bad hand? Yes 100% he has.But do you know what he could do? He could improve and inspire the players he has available.Has he improved Sibley? Bird? Knight? Err.. nope.Compare him to someone down the road... Burton were absolutely rock bottom..lots of points behind..JFH came in..signed loads of players and they immediately.. straight away.. absolutely stormed up the league to finish mid table..and with a 100% record so far this season.Thats what a inspiring manager can do... something Rooney has utterly failed at so far.Can we afford to wait to see if he can achieve the same as JFH?

Would take him in a heartbeat over Rooney and ros , ive been against a Mac 3 appointment but by god I would crawl over glass at this point for that switch

Then he needs to do better with what he has got. He can’t seem to motivate the players or get them playing in an offensive way. First half especially today was like watching paint dry. Let’s see what Wassall can do…..

Yeah let’s sack the manager that has just today lead us to top of the league. 

There’s a chance that someone else could organise what we have into surviving , not a chance Rooney and rosenior can , total amateur night 

How long since a league win ? what style are we trying to play ? It’s a shambles on the field with a decent starting 11 , we are open as hell down our right , disjointed going forward and disorganised in defence ,, it’s a joke , ex player with zero management skills and ex pundit with no skill either ,, please god give it to wassell over these clowns
