We would simply need to lodge a claim in exactly the same way that Boro have done.....I suspect this could be done in 24 hours. Use the Boro claim as a template just to make the point......our claim would surely have exactly the same legitimacy ie none, but that is not the point. 
And just imagine the publicity and press interest it would cause AND the EFL could not stay silent, there would be too much pressure on them.

boro are allegedly around 10-15 million in breach of FFP so I guess the settlement will be very similar to what they actually want - funny that “ crap we’re in breach let’s get some money in quick” 
 
as for another potentially guilty party , Notts Forrest have just sold Carlvalho to olympiarkos for a fee reported to be 14.5 m rising to 18 m funny that for a player they’ve barely played gets a large figure transfer and just so happens to be the other club the fat Greek owns! I just can't stomach the idea of Boro or Wycombe getting a penny for their extortion, which is what this is. The fact that EFL are so weak and Lilly livered about this just shows how much they need to be sent to oblivion.

I just cannot get my head round "a preferred bidder will be announced imminently" to 5 weeks later needing an extension. The admins are experienced insolvency practitioners. Something changed and we the supporters do not know what, and frankly I think we deserve the truth no matter what it is. I do not trust the EFL one bit and if we were already cut adrift I feel this would be a whole different ball game.

I think most of us are saying that the EFL should tell the permed prat and his ambulance chasing mate to duck off and let the buyers get on with it.
