It is a complete catch 22 for the admins. To carry out their legal duty they must act in the best interest of creditors incl HMRC. To do this they would need to rule out “claims” otherwise “creditors” get less. However if they do not deal with the claims and we know that would mean giving them money then the EFL are likely to punish the Club harshly and there is massive pressure on the admins for this not to happen. It seems they are going to try via the legal route to ensure the claims get zero or a negligible amount. My fear is the Club will be sacrificed as a punishment. What happened to the call for pragmatism.

Until it is proven that DCFC owe Boro and Wycombe money, they are NOT creditors. The decision has not yet been reached, so if the case is ever presided over in a tribunal or civil court, it is a future event. 

This situation is just completely maddening, it’s the first thing I think about, it’s the last thing I think about, and it’s there the whole time in between for good measure. I’m sure I’m only one of many people feeling this way.
I saw this tweet and thought it was interesting and a good idea.
I’ve looked myself on street view, there’s actually 2 billboards (if they’re still there) and they both face EFL House one says ‘ClearChannel’ one says ‘primesight’.
I think tomorrow one thing we could do is look to find out how much it would cost to advertise on them both and crowdfund it? Make it crystal clear we’re not going away quietly and they can’t ignore us as it’s right in front of them.

Anyone who thinks that the Parasite claims are not the MAIN obstacle are naive in the extreme. Of course there are other complexities but nothin compares to this as the potential jeopardy is so large. The EFL and the parasites are completely disingenuous about the issue and they know it.

I think this is the critical point, I've said several times...they could have claimed £100m or £200m...whatever they wanted because it is pure speculation...a fantasy figure.

And how can they be a creditor if they haven’t provided any goods or services?  Therefore not a debt.  Someone needs to buy Messrs Parry and Birch a new dictionary.  Very frustrating!!

It has to go above and beyond the EFL.
They are a joke and not fit to rule on anything.

I know there's a thread that makes this point but .... but ... but.... How can it possibly be a debt if it's still an unresolved claim?????

I found that a very depressing read. So Wycombe and Boro are stakeholders because they have put in a spurious claim? Administrators need to take this to high court immediately. We also need to be seeking damages in my opinion. Parasites.
