Claude Davis was a better defender than Richard Keogh, Keogh's just lucky we never saw him embarrass himself at Premier League level.
We saw him do it plenty of times at championship level to be fair! -
The Dean one! Remember it with Sturridge and Leacock. Maybe Saunders but he was slightly before my time! It went…. Deano Deano Deano!
class! -
Maurizio Solis was a good player. Was just unfortunate you could only play was it 3 non eu players at the time?

Weetabix is horrible

At the time he was part of a 2 man midfield that was either bring completely ignored, or asked either to pass it out to the full back or winger, or boot it has hard and high is you can. Very little of his prowess was being used. At the time he was being asked, no told to play in a completely alien way that was a waste of his ability. Why not go to a club that was known for playing people to their strengths?
Well we are doing ok playing the way we are not the max Bird way. We can monitor him next season when we are soaring above Bristol and he’s warming there bench hopefully.

The promise of someone being played in their best position?
What central midfield? Where does he get played then?
It’s not like he was treated like Knight for example out at fullback and all sorts.

Because he’s a good player, who has contributed well to the cause over the last few years and could still play one final part in getting us promoted…
For reference, as it stands Adams, Hourihane, Sibley, Smith, Thompson and Bird are all “going” so we should maybe just play Fornah in midfield on Saturday 😉
Midfield has been better without him. Why change a winning formula for one that has proved time and time again inconsistent and risk it now? Don’t get it

He does however have 5 goals and 7 assists in the league this season, I’d rather have that potential threat available on the pitch to see us over the line before he does leave than not utilise it.
Houihane has 5 goals and 8 assists.
Adams and Smith have been doing just fine and have been consistent.

Yes, but they would need to lose both remaining games and us win them.
Actually they could lose 1 and draw one. If we win 2 we have the better GD. They haven’t had a wobble yet!

To get Bird back in the side whilst keeping Adams and Thompson in there...
But our midfield is better than it has been all season with Adams and Smith?
leave Bird on the bench! (Or even better in a cage) That way he can’t F it up for us. Can you imagine if he started and we got battered in midfield again.- S8TY, jimtastic56, Hector was the best and 1 other

Seen some people on Twitter saying no chance should we sign him as he’ll be looking for a last pay day. He’s only 28 years old for god sake, I think he’s the perfect player to take over from Hourihane and/or bird. A great left foot to play on the left side of a 2 or 3. Can take set pieces and has bite aswell as a range of passing.
A midfield of
Hughes A creative player to get G + A
Adams
we would easily stay up I reckon.
Easily stay up! If we got Hughes I’d hope we’d be up there if that’s the calibre of signing we make!

What size is your screwdriver. Is it a left or right handed one?

Any techies on here that can help?
Basically got a new bedroom TV.
32 inch same as the old one but a smart tv. Already got my bracket on the wall but new tv has different screw size holes.
what size screws would I need to order? -

One of there Midfielders is 16 years old. Surly we won’t get battered in there like we usually do today. Won’t be Hourihanes fault if we do however if he’s not playing so will have to look elsewhere. Should be comfortable today.
