Quantuma’s brief is to get the best possible deal for the creditors - full stop.
Whilst there is still a chance of Mr Kirchner’s money appearing (whether from Money Laundering checks or not) then surely Q will have to go with him. Mr Ashley’s “deal” appears inferior and there is no guarantee that the sale of the ground ( as in the current deal ) would go ahead.
Quantuma’s fee are guaranteed to be paid - they have the first divi - so Mr Ashley cannot refuse to pay them.
As Curtains states please stop slagging off Mr Kirchner - with no current justification.

I think the disrespect being given to CK is diabolical.

Public Holidays in Malta & Peru today so wouldn't hold our breath. Think tomorrow is more realistic.

Didn’t Admin take out bridging loans from MSD?
Then I read the ‘stadium money to MSD’ as a separate sentence. Not his money, but lease agreement is conditional on purchase by the third party and EFL approval conditional on lease agreement…?

I'm putting bits together here so maybe jumping to conclusions but:
I read MA's team are still 'working in the background. Obviously the admin wont communicate with him due to CK preferred bidder status', so I would assume the only other person he could have been talking with would be MM (we know they have a much more amicable relationship than MM>CK). Also, various sources advised MM wants Ashley over Kirchner to buy the stadium.
Is it the case that Ashley will pay more for the stadium but less to creditors (hence not gaining PB status from admin)?
Is Ashley in MMs ear to refuse to sell the stadium so that CKs preferred bidder status expires, he pulls out, leaving Admin no choice but to accept the lower offer on behalf of creditors?
Would people prefer a council owned/rented stadium but start next season on 0 points (CK), or would you prefer MA to own the club & stadium but start next year on -15 due to paying less than 35p in the pound?

Ahhh, of course. They were absolved of any wrongdoing by the Independent disciplinary panel…
That should be pretty sound and final then..
25 AUG 2020 -
Derby County have had both charges against them dismissed by the independent disciplinary commission, meaning they will not face a points deduction or a fine.
The outcome was as follows: Charge one was dismissed. Charge two was also dismissed, save for, the commission found the wording of the amortisation policy in its financial statements could have been clearer.

I think Legia Warsaw were protesting about a fine for racism so obviously their motives were wrong, but you can’t deny the impact of this.

I think we need to hold a protest outside the EFL headquarters. That will make the news and bring it to the wider attention of investigative journalists etc

I’ve had enough, I’ve sat silently and patiently, foolishly hoping after the points deduction that this was a clean slate.
It’s clear that the EFL have a vendetta against this club and this latest move to block the preferred bidder needs highlighting and discussing from the highest media platforms and people of influence across the country.
As a fan base, chanting in the stadium simply isn’t enough anymore. We need to put real, sustained pressure on the EFL in the form of media exposure and noise.
Small steps lead to big things, the future of our football club is at stake, let’s not let it die without a fight!
Ive emailed just about every news outlet there is. If you have any positive action you’ve done, post below so we can keep track and build momentum.

Right now….I would not mind if we set fire to the whole of Middlesbrough. Not normally one for any type of retribution….but I’m not even sure I can watch football again.

Proper action is required. A group needs to be set up fast and a coordinated series of protests need to take place and fast. We need to be targeting Wycombe, Middlesbrough and the EFL. I am a willing volunteer I’ll superglue my hands to Gibsons car.
