Until teams like Man Shitty and Chelsea are hit with the same rules it will always be unfair 😞

Rules are rules and if we’re in breach of them, that’s on us. That’s a failure in ownership, and let’s be honest, an hugely inconsistent approach to signings. 
I’ll argue until I’m blue in the face that we needed to make huge amounts of transfers to try and stay up, but some of them were just indefensible. Players who’ve barely played or otherwise wasn’t adequately vetted before signing them. 
Expecting them to chuck the book at us. I would argue it feels incredibly unfair given they’ll no doubt look the other way for the likes of Man City and Chelsea, but comparing our cases won’t help. On us to argue our case yet try to stay up whatever the outcome.

I hear this is all historic and complicated, however we're talking about charges over a period of 14 seasons dating back to 2009, 15 years it's taken.
7 Premier League titles
3 FA Cups
6 League Cups
1 Champions League
All won during those periods, circling back to our own situation where we had Boro and Wycombe wanting to sue us for 'cheating' and costing them positions in the table, successfully getting paid off to go away and the EFL retrospectively changing the rules to throw the book at us.
All those clubs beaten twice by City going down by the 6 points.
All those clubs missing out on European football, titles, trophies. 
It's just insane to me that a club with 115 charges is still carrying on regardless 15 years after their first unpunished offence, you can bet your house that they won't face any retrospective punishment and pay a fine of a few million which will pay for a lavish PL bosses Xmas party.
Forest have been naive to think they can slide a transfer from one accounting period to another, yet in the grand scheme of things, seems a minor infraction whilst other state run clubs stick two fingers up and laugh from afar.
 

Plus the wider ranging consequences - Forest and Everton are 'only' trying to avoid relegation.
In this time, City have won trophies, making any decision made wide open to the type of shenanigans we've seen from The Curly Haired One

£60 fine or £30 if paid within 28 days.

So they got promoted from The Championship by cheating and stayed in the Premier League by cheating?
This must be highly embarrassing for their fans who couldn't wait to accuse our club (despite having no understanding of the facts of our case).
I'll be honest and admit I don't want them getting a points deduction.
I said during our case that football should be decided on a pitch and not in boardrooms and its a stance that I maintain.

The problem was he did know how it worked. The FA didn’t.

I honestly don’t know. It seems our defence is that we made more money for Johnson by selling in August, rather than the peanuts Brentford offered us in June. So it made financial sense to sell then. 
I would imagine that if we are found guilty, it won’t be on the same lines as the punishment fished out to a Everton, but we’ll see! Obviously we’ve been treading a fine line so this is pretty unsurprising.

to be honest i just watch a lot of premier league football because i have family interest and find myself watching a fair amount of forest matches. as a neutral i dont watch any of our league or championship. when im not watching us i am watch the prem. i just think half the stuff on this thread is petty and comes across as desperation when laughing at them ( like the attendences) whether you agree with me or you think i am a secret forest lover thats your prerogative

Should never have left us. He's shown himself to be a manager still very much learning the ropes, but after us he doesn't even have loyalty going for him.
Not sure what I expected though, he can't even stay loyal to his wife, what chance did we have.
