European football is as distant a dream for the dogs as ever.

I'm still pro Warne and that's because of his history which shows he can do it. We can't hire and fire managers on the basis of fan sentiment or we would disappear up our own arses.

Whether he can make it good in time to rescue this season, I don't know. It's not looking great.

It looks like the gap between Prem and the Champ is widening. There needs to be an end to parachute payments and a more equitable sharing out of the TV money. Otherwise, the PL becomes  just an international exhibition league based in the UK but with no real connection to the rest of English football.

By the way Dawnie, Forest's role in the Prem is pretty much like the The Washington Generals, who are only there to make The Harlem Globetrotters look good. You've not got the class to maintain top flight football pal, so enjoy it while you can.

The root problem here is that many people think those who work in front of the camera or on the radio are like cartoon characters, and not real human beings. Social media exacerbates this because it invites us to judge people and pile on.

I'm not drawing a connection between some not liking Ed's work and his current mental health, I'm just saying "lets all be a bit more kind and think before we speak about others".

My advice to Arter - don't invest it in a chain of bakeries.
