It is Chris Jones, he played left back in the second half against mansfield.

Not the first time we've let released players play preseason, but certainly a stark reminded that we don't have back up for leftback when we have a released young rightback playing there in the second half.

Galinski had a tough 45 minutes, against 2 massive target men in Green and Read who pretty much won every ball (even against Bucko). Looked composed on the ball but abit overawed. From a defensive point of view as a unit, both goals were really sloppy and could have been avoided with a bit of half decent defending.

Bucko's only 5ft 10 remember, he shouldn't be able to get up to big target men, that'll be keogh's job (unless they mark him like Lambert did to Roberts last season.) Wouldn't this signing just be for the youth team and then to push him on a bit for a few years?

Despite his size Buckos still one of the better aerial players we have. He's up there with Shaun Barker as one of the best in the air in my opinion, it was weird seeing him get beaten.

If we could sign him on a pittance of a contract then there's no loss in giving this trialist a go.

barker was amazing in the air a few years ago, bucko's not bad but i wouldn't expect to get every header. Haven't seen this ald yet so hopefully a few new ones might play at northampton next week

"When we compare him to our 18-year-olds and players at first-year pro level, he is certainly up with them.

"He was recommended to us and we will always look at players, especially when they pay for their own flights to come over!

His marking from corners was poor.He got beat easily twice and only a good save from Deeney saved us on 2nd occasion.

Not righting him off tho as the rest of the game he did little wrong

That can be coached into him. You can't coach class. If he's cheap as chips, worth a punt.
