rynny Posted July 13, 2012 Share Posted July 13, 2012 I would just like to see him play for us then judge, Kuqi qasnt prolific and neither was Howard yet we were a better side when both of these players played linking the play together Similar to Dickov and DJ, a lot of people were calling the signings of them and they all improved the team. DCFC Info Posted July 13, 2012 Share Posted July 13, 2012 Sammon is a big bloke who can score at a decent level (17 goals in 25 apps for Kilmarnock in his last season) he is what we have been calling for for a couple of seasons now so I am fully confident that he can step up and do the job. When I've seen him play, very rarely I may add, he seems a fast engerntic player, in the mould of what clough looks for. Posted July 14, 2012 Share Posted July 14, 2012 The misses i saw were for all to see on match of the day I admit that is mainly where i saw him but i did go to the blackburn vs wigan game where he came on as a sub and he missed a good chance to go 2-0 up and kill the game....they still won 1-0 though I'm more saying that if we do sign him - i feel it'll be a claude davis affair, big money with no return(ok maybe he couldnt possibly be as bad....any idea where old claude is now?).
