Ok..so I nicked this idea from Dangerous, but thought it would be fun to list and rate the vehicles

you have owned since 'day one'.

My first car was a 1966 mini-van with windows cut into the back (not the countryman), carpeted

throughout,1100 cc.. but would struggle to overtake delboy's plastic pig, cost me £100 in 1975. I

remember it breaking down in Tamworth, completely dead in the middle of the night, being a wet

behind the ears 20 year old I had no clue what was up with the b*****d . I knew a man who did tho,

found a phonebox, he said ''I know whats up, whack the battery terminal with something heavy'', well

the jack was the only thing available.. hey presto ..I was on me way.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Mini_Van_001

something similar to this, but without the aa motif .. 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

to be cont'd...

Ford Escort 1.4 - very reliable until got it up to 125mph on the way back from a night away match at Charlton, engine subsequently blew up and covered the windscreen in oil so I couldn't see where I was going for about 30 miles on the M1. 7/10

Ford Fiesta 1.2 - once again very reliable but too slow for my liking, once again the engine blew up when I tried to push it just that bit too far! (You would think I had learnt my lesson by now!) 5/10

Ford Fiesta 1.6 Zetec Sport - boy racer car, much faster version of the above. 7/10

Kia C'eed 1.6 - family car, very nice to drive. 7 year warranty should tell you how good the manufacturers think it is! 9/10

Started off with a peugot 106 p reg blue oil pump had broke didn't realise engine seized, had a new engine put in and the head gaskett went. Sold it to a lad I used to work with as a 'project'

Renault Megane scenic s reg failed its MOT cost £550 to fix it then the mrs wanted a new car I explained that french cars weren't **** as that would be an improvement!! Wasn't happy as she got......

Renault Megane Scenic 54 plate been crashed into it twice both on the drivers front wing. Although its french it hasn't been too bad, just passed its MOT 1st time.

Vauxhall Astra 1.4ltr - Was alright.

Citroen AX 1.1ltr - My favourite car ever, the exhausts were ****, but I loved it.

VW GOLF 1.8T - Didn't last long but this thing shifted, so fast the speedo couldn't keep up with it. Got rid when I realised it was a death machine...one day I was thrashing it down a dual carrigeway at over 120mph at night, the next day I'm out of control and went driving into somebodys garden at 20mph, crazy.

BMW 1.8, borrowed it actually. Lovely car, could also shift. Stolen whilst in my care. (I've had loads of luck with cars).

Nissan Bluebird, grandads car. Passed it down to me, electric everything. Burnt out.

Another Astra, blew up in Leicester on the M1. Never been so scared.

Rover...died on the way to Manchester, just f'king left it where it died and walked to Wakefield.

Not had a car since.

Can't fault ford cars as even I know that they're by far the easiest to get parts for, plus they;re the only car to have an element heated windscreen (think beamers nicked have summat similar?)
