Anybody seen the abuse Theo's been getting on Twitter after the Barnsley game? It's shockin, heres a few examples:

Theres more where these come from and yeah, I realise 3 of the 4 are the same person, but I'm not selecting these at random. Theo actually re-tweeted these and it prompted him to say

He seems like a good lad, RTs a lot of fans. Makes me cringe when people as for a RT though. I can understand asking a footballer to RT to spread word of a charity or a charity event being held, but saying 'you're my favourite player and I wish that one day I could look like you RT pls? It's my dogs birthday Theo can I have a RT. I'd love for him to turn round and say I don't give a ***** about your manky dog.

Anyway Twitter got too popular that's it's problem, been infested by Facebook fools and they are all well'ard behind the keyboard.

Bookmark this thread and when Theo scores next I bet the same people will be saying "Theo, give us a RT, Theo Theo give us a RT"

I think the whole RT begging thing is almost a modern day equivalent of an autograph. It is annoying for everyone else but it means a lot to people and strokes the ego of the “star”

Unbelievable that so many people want to be so mean-spirited towards Theo.

Yes he has a dubious first-touch and his decision-making is not always the best, but he has lightning pace and gives 110% effort.

Let’s be honest - If he had all the other qualities then he wouldn’t be playing for Derby in the Championship would he!

I'd rather have Robinson than that useless cnut. What kind of support is that? Crap support. Bugger off knob end. Bet he was touching himself over his performance at the City Ground eh? That is if he managed to get to that game. Maybe he's got a ST at Pride Park and thinks he's the most loyal deserving supporter who belongs in the Premier League.

There's a difference between voicing concerns on a messageboard and laying into players personally. Whether that be in person or on this tw@tter thing.

I'd rather our attendances take a severe drop if it means we rid ourselves of these utter ******. Like the bloke behind me at PP. And the woman who said "What are you excuses planned out for this year Clough? You need shooting!"..... because we lost 3-2 to Shrewsbury in a tin Cup no one in the top 2 divisions really wants to play in.

Go and support Man Utd/Chelsea/Man City. This isn't the club for you people. You've watched too much Champions League football and have lost all perspective of what football is like in the real world. Please go support those teams full of brilliant players. Because your the worse thing about Derby County. Your thick as ****.!
