They could have played for Derby before or after the final they appeared in, managed the club or been on the coaching staff. To qualify, they must've played and not just been on the bench (like the unfortunate Paul Williams and Danny Higginbotham). I think I have found everyone but feel free to point out any errors. To make it easier to submit your answers, I've added a number against each unique player. I reckon with the wide age range and vast knowledge on here, you can crack this between you. In the 2014 final, 5 ex or future Rams played for Hull City. Good luck and no cheating! Unique number / Number of finals played in / team played for in the final (year of final). Played those couple of games, doing alright if I remember correctly (doubtful), and then got I believe glandular fever or something similar.
