Reasons to still (hopefully) be positive...

I've slept on it and a couple more positives have come to mind for the season ahead.

We get to play in the Papa Johns Trophy once again.

We get to play Reading once again after a long 1 year absence.

The positives of not going up are definitely outweighing the negatives.

I was feeling a little better until I read this.

You go up when you can. We could have competed next season at championship level. Never going to be top 8-10, but we  would be competitive. You saying we we wouldn't be as strong as Rotherham, QPR, Hull, Brum, Cardiff, Huddersfield...

We weren't as strong as Barnsley or Plymouth this season.

Not seeing that one. Both those teams got more points but going off the games against them. Beat Barnsley in the league and heavily in the cup.  Lost to Plymouth due to an awful referring decision and an injury time Cashin clanger.  Both those Plymouth games we were far the better side in the first 45 and worse in the second half.  The championship is poo.  Look who's in the playoffs with a tiny budget.
