Let's stop calling fans who travel in large numbers "good supporters" - certainly wasn't the case yesterday. As for policing, virtually non-existent!! How difficult is it to work out the need for a police presence at the back of the South stand towards the velodrome? Oh Vienna ? Sparkle
I saw the trouble in the harvester car park - basically a load of Derby turned up at the front ( harvester was a mix of Derby/Plymouth) and were mouthing off to which some off the Plymouth who were outside responded to and then proper blows were exchanged and immediately the police were there and metal truncheons were deployed and used on rather a lot of heads and the Derby ones were escorted away. Not pleasant and unnecessary behaviour by some. If people are brave enough to want to fight go to Ukraine where you can do it for real.

Vienna
No wasn’t me, our issues never got that far. Just saddens me that we so many consider this to be an acceptable part of going to match - all for supporting your team but why behave like a total p****? Haven't seen any reports on social media, all pretty complimentary between both sets of fans. Hopefully they were isolated incidents, but some visiting fans can't help themselves and neither to be fair can some of ours. That’s pretty much what was happening just shy of the velodrome car park as I walked down 30 minutes before kick off. Some Plymouth lads more than boisterous, squaring up to the coppers, goading home fans, were met by a fair few looking to get at them. Some older blokes must find it hard to resist, personally I just thought daft, as they were all being filmed. If someone is in your face, threatening you, have a go, but one Derby lad tried real hard to push past a copper, I’d not be surprised if he either didn’t get nabbed as he walked away, since they all saw him or doesn’t get a knock sometime; they wasn’t kids either. Didn’t understand why the venom, hardly been fierce rivals or past history bar that cup quarter final. Crewton
strawhillram
reminds me of the last time we were in The third Tier. Derby thugs trying to prove they are too big and opposing fans trying to bring them down. don’t think I’ll bother
Crewton
Plymouth people are called Janners. I'm not sure if that's in tribute to controversial former (late) MP Greville, or because it rhymes with Spanners.

uttoxram75
We had to book a different minibus for Plymouth and the driver insisted on picking us up outside the main entrance despite our pleas to meet him along Derwebt Parade near the Rover dealers. Subsequently we got stuck for best part of 40 minutes in traffic between the Rover and Merlin roundabouts. As we sat their chuntering about the result and not having any beer on the bus, a group of maybe 30 Plymouth boys, very young, stone island etc came alongside us. One or two banged on the minibus and giving us the finger when a larger but equally young bunch of Derby ran in front of our bus and went straight into them. A brief flurry of punches and kicks later the Plymouth lads were split up and running for dear life then the road was full of sirens, police on foot running with batons drawn and dogs barking. One or two Derby appeared to receive a few hefty whacks from the police. Sirens and running police continued for a good few minutes heading away from us toward the station. All this was around 5.15 or so Either side of this were fans of both colours strolling along side by side as normal, quite bizarre in a way. Fans that dont want any trouble tend go stright away from pp or stright on the coaches.
