Still think getting Came in to strengthen the batting would be a good move. Also need du Plooy to get going, he's having a shocker so far, which is a surprise given his white ball form over the winter and his red ball form this season. jimbo jones Posted June 4, 2023 Share Posted June 4, 2023 Expanding on that, looking at today's bowling figures, Watt only bowling 2 overs is crazy. Mckiernan should be getting 4 as well. If your using Reece and Wood anyway, you don't need those 3 quick, especially when the batting isn't look good outside of Madsen, and lately Haider and Wood. We are around the half way mark for most teams, and we have Birmingham away tomorrow and Notts at home on Friday. 2 wins and we are right in the mix, 1 win and we are just about holding on, 0 wins and we are making up the numbers with Leicestershire. Yeah, but that's fairly normal for T20 these days if the top batsmen are still in. We got something like 45 off the last 2 overs against them last week. Started well in the chase at least.
