Lots of guessing going on without anyone really knowing what (if any) our penalty will be.

So it needs sorting, and the only way is obviously a poll

The number will be the actual points deducted - not including any part that is suspended.

Knowing us it will be like this

EFL deduct Derby -7 points

Derby beat forest 2-1

Derby appeal - have to wait till November

Rooney falls out with Morris over lack of transparency

wassall appointed care taker manager

Rooney walks - goes to the LMA to complain gets taken to tribunal

mel finally comes out saying we’ve been sold to a USA consortium

hold up in confirmation- means Mel forgets to pay wages -3 points gets applied

on appeal Derby have deduction reduced to 3 but at this point it doesn’t matter as we sit comfortably 12-13th place ??

A EFL new rule is realised today and in line with their new sponsor partnership, unbelievable:

EFL R231: Section B: PartII: DCFC to get 1 point deducted for every £1 spent at Tesco when a club card is used for groceries. 0.5 point deducted when fuel is purchased.

Managed to read a John Percy article, usually the Telegraph has a firewall. He wrote that it could be 12pts, 3 suspended.

I think we are in desperate straits, but hoping that irony prevails. We have run the ridicule of 11pts in the PL. How brilliant it would be, if against the odds, we managed to stay up despite such a deduction. Which makes a win today imperative if we receive such a sanction in the next couple of weeks.
