If you care to recall, one of my main gripes with the first sacking of McClaren was the fact that the players that let him down survived (to let down the next few managers) and McClaren missed his chance to overhaul the squad. Besides Rowetts football his 'coaching style' reminds me too much of Nigel and his 'go back to where you came from' Cywka style management!
