Bethh Posted November 10, 2017 Share Posted November 10, 2017 Gary deserved to have the Manager of the Month award. Not only have we been the stronger team out of the other nominations but Gary's managed to pull our form back. We went from losing at away games, to drawing them and now we're winning them. More importantly we beat Forest! I think this is exactly the motivation the team needed, it shows the team, Gary, the fans and everyone else that Derby are capable of getting results and winning their matches.
