It's strange you never ran into this before with the old dark theme, is this the first time you have used it with Firefox?

I switched to night mode as soon as it became available a while back and always use firefox - its been fine up until yesterday when it kicked me out of night mode, I turned it back on, tried to post this morning and reported the problem ?

What colour was the editor with the previous night mode?

No, we're staying with the company we are at, just a different type of server that allows us more freedom.
