But if you put a fast player like Vydra or Anya around him, that's when both types of athleticism compliment each other. Athleticism doesn't = fast players. The quote is more athleticism... this does not necessarily mean every player has to be 'an athelete' (in they way I'm assuming most of us are thinking), just that we need more people of that ilk to make us a better team overall. That would only be true if you started with the same baseline. If he's going to out and buy 10 runners, then you can afford to have one so-called less athletic player in the team.
