ColchesterRam Posted August 8, 2015 Share Posted August 8, 2015 Unfortunately an injury has occurred to one of our key players today, fingers crossed it's not as bad as first thought but by sounds of things he could quite possibly be out for a while. Hughes in my opinion is and has been a pivotal part of how we play and will be hard to replace if he's out long term.Im wondering what people's thoughts are on a replacement if needed, whether that be on loan or on a permanent contract. But if Hughes is out for length we'll want cover/competition for Dawkins so we'd want to look for someone on loan. We need someone if he is going to be out for more than a month. midfield was too lightweight today.Waste of time waiting to see if we will be ok without Hughes because we will not be ok.
