If anything, he seemed to get happier whilst he was here, was a bit none plussed not to be in the scouse squad this year when he first showed up,but got more into it because the squad have a good buzz, but he's not really ready yet for a top club, or liverpool for that matter. Ambitious Posted January 28, 2015 Share Posted January 28, 2015 Ibe has been recalled to Liverpool for one reason - not because he's done something naughty and not because Rodgers got pissy because we wouldn't sell Hughes. He recalled him because he thought he would be an asset for the latter half of the season. It's a stupid, stupid decision. However, that's the only reason. He only played in the U21s last night because he has been cup-tied for the past two games. It will be interesting to see if he features in their next game, mind.
