Things are geting so silly now that some amateur journo type is saying that they are favourites to sign Leon Best - who write such a satirical piece?

I think I suggested it a few days ago - but it wasn't intended to be taken seriously.

Stop being so pessimistic! nothing is guaranteed, anybody can beat anybody on their day. You can just as easily sneak a 1-0 as we could a 5 - 0, and we are cautious for that exact reason! look at when you came here a few years ago unbeaten away all season and we were absolute tripe . . . footballs a funny old game!

I watch us week in week out

I know what I'm talking about when I tell you how shi7 we are

You have nothing to fear

I know it's all IFS and BUTS, but...

If Derby beat Forest, and then they lose at Fulham the week after. Chances are they'll only be around five or six points above the drop zone ahead of a crucial match at home to Millwall at the end of the month.

Tricky time for the Reds.

I actually can't belive how Forest spout off about being unlucky this season anyway.

Last minute goals against Ipswich and Norwich saved them, they were awful at Watford, Bournemouth and Wednesday and somehow came out of that with seven points.

They were practically given byes by playing Blackpool and Fulham at home so early on in the season.

Only results they have which have impressed me is big wins over Wolves and Reading.

They could probbaly count themselves a little lucky to be as high as 13th. As they're certainly not playing like a team who is the 13th best in the league.

The point is Derb, that it's more than a form book now, because we aren't a 'lucky' or unlucky side ... if teams don't set up to play a certain way with us, OR if we are on our game, they will get beaten. And even if they do set up a certain way, they still may get beaten. It's the reason why this is the first time in a very long time that our results are mostly predictable: we basically have won every cup game we've played in, except Chelsea. When we need to win, we win.  The thing even permeates into the U18s and U21s. Its astonishing really, the winning mentality at our club. Forest have no plan, no heart right, no winning mentality ... so its difficult to see any optimism on their side.

Other than a few delusional muppets, who is saying we're unlucky? I think most have acknowledged we've got exactly what we deserve. All the reds on here certainly have

Derby are specialists when it comes to gamesmanship.

If they are struggling to impose themselves, then they will start to fall over very easily to win free kicks.

Often, they do it consecutively to progress, free kick by free kick up the pitch.

When he's not falling over himself, Will Hughes is on the scene of the 'foul' in seconds, as if he saw it coming, to take it.

9/10, refs fall for it.

I don't need stats to prove anything.

I've seen it live and often, with my own two eyes.

The unwashed hordes of LTLF seem to have a rather perverse view of reality, Dawny. Strangely enough, for those so vociferous in their support or criticism of Forest, said view doesn't appear to actually involve watching them when they play.

We move up the pitch free kick by free kick?

We usually just pass it along the floor.

And I love that Sky are masturbating over Ibe. He's been our outstanding player they say. When he hasn't. He's had a few really good games and he's had plenty where his refusal to pass until everyone else has already made and finished their run has been predictable and infuriating. He has only just begun to nail down his place with some certainty.

But the Sky hype draws attention from our other threats. The biggest threat being how we play into Martin. The other threat being Russell who is as good as Ibe has been this season. He just isn't a kid on loan from Liverpool so doesn't make a great story.

But yeah, we don't need free kicks really.
