I mean, I'm quite open minded to the idea of the paranormal, but that doesn't show a lot. It was taken at 5:40(ish) in the morning. A weirdo dressed in black would have probably been more worrying. Others have said they've seen it, some say it was pushing a pram, but no one can come up with a logical explanation.
