McRamFan
Tottenham have parted company with manager Tim Sherwood after the club finished sixth in the Premier League. Sherwood, 45, took over from Andre Villas-Boas in December and signed a deal to the end of the 2014-15 season. "We agreed an 18-month contract with a break clause at the end of the season and we have now exercised that option," said Spurs chairman Daniel Levy http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27389072

Mafiabob
May not have been good enough, but the way he has been treated with contempt at that club is shocking
Wolfie20
This is typical Spurs! Amazing how club chairmen and Levy in particular keep appointing managers who are then sacked because they're seen to have failed yet they retain their position as though they are Teflon coated and not in the slightest responsible for their decisions and actions. Ambitious
Sherwood is mental, but he did a half decent job. I don't fancy the next person to have the same kind of record.
Dimmu
I wouldn't blame Levy or their board too much. (Recruiting yes, but sacking no) Wouldn't you've sacked 'Arry, AVB or now Sherwood? One lost clubs money, second dressing room and third is just annoying whiner.
Srg
AVB had a better win % than him anyway.
