Spent grain bread.

 

Ordinary bread recipe (flour, water, salt, egg white for glaze, yeast) but replace 10-20% of the flour with grain straight out of the mash tun and reduce your water by half a cup.

 

Handy hint - don't use heavily roasted malts because your bread will taste burnt. A mix of Maris Otter and Special 'B' from a Belgian beer adds a wonderful flavour.
